The house is clean, which is a high priority for us. The kitchen is well equipped and has a good-sized dining table. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool, though we didn't have swimming weather. The beds were very comfortable and the location was convenient. Chastity was very responsive throughout the process. All in all it was a great stay.

everything about the property was great. the only negative was that the pool was cloudy and milky probably due to all the recent rainfall, so we did not use it.

The property was disgusting starting with the smell when you walked in the house smelt like no one had been there for months, and the air had been turned off as well as the freezer wasn’t working and the stove top. The grill had not been cleaned. It looks like in a year you could see the food product from the last three or four people stuck to the whole inside of the grill. The pool was white and cloudy wasn’t clean so could not use. The back of pool deck was surrounded by knee high weeds,mold and smug on the pool deck coming from the AC drain. The back room adjacent to get out of the house to the pool was full of old, moldy floats used stained mattresses and wood furniture stack from wall to the ceiling. The inside walls and windowsills were covered in bugs as well as animal hair everywhere on the furniture. The furniture was mixed matched and run down the living room. The furniture was all torn or falling apart and uncomfortable to sit on, and smelled. I had my husband who drove down later to bring king sized sheets to drap over the couches and beds to feel some sort of comfort to sit on the and to sleep on the smelly musky beds. I had him also bring pillows blankets and bathroom towels so we could sleep and shower and have clean smelling linens. I went out and bought a bottle of Clorox cleanup and had to scrub the one small shower because the floor of it was covered in hair and mold. The jetted tub was not usable it was in same condition as shower.Overall horrible gross

This was a nice house. The pool was not maintained so it was not usable while we were there. But the house was adequately stocked. Some of the overhead lights would turn off randomly and then come back on.

My family and I absolutely loved it here, my 2 girls loved the pool and the house was very clean and very organized, it has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely be stay again.

Had a great stay with the best weather one could hope for. Well stocked kitchen appliances and cookware. Us and our dogs felt welcomed. We finally got the opportunity to slow down and we were able to enjoy the heated pool the last day of our stay. Awesome communication with our host to make sure everything was in good order. The welcome tray with the Wine, treats and even dog treats was a great touch.

We needed a short stay close to home while having some work done on our own home. This was the perfect set up to have 3 adults and keep our pets with us as well, making everyone happy. The property had everything we needed, and some thoughtful extras included too. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Chas was extremely accommodating with all requests and checked in to make sure everything was OK and to see if there was anything we needed. Perfect house for adults or families. Pool and waterfall were relaxing after meetings!

We loved this home on our trip, it became our home away from home. The welcome basket with a bottle of wine and extra toiletries greeted us after our day of travel was a nice touch. We loved the heated pool and the extra pool floats and towels were much appreciated. We will definitely book this home again on a future trip.

Sweet 2 bedroom, 2 bath house. Great kitchen. All kinds of kitchen tools, love the Airfryer Toaster oven and used the large iron skillet. Comfortable and homey. The dishwasher and main freezer weren't available, but for my stay, it was fine for my needs. Carport and easy entry. I wish I could say it was for a vacay, but I'm in Ft.Myers for medical appts, so location to Caring Medical was important - which was only 18 minutes drive away. Publix is very close as well as First Assembly (church) was only 6 minutes away. Contact with Chastity was easy for any questions, too. Will be returning.
