Located in Saint James, this attractive house for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Come enjoy some quit time in this wooded farmhouse vacation home just minutes from the beach. Relax on the rocking chair front porch and a large back deck/patio. The first level features two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom as well as a functional Kitchen, living area and laundry room. The second level features two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The Garage is NOT available for use but there is plenty of parking in the circular driveway. We would recommend that our home is most comfortable for groups of about six. The max sleeping capacity is eight. Oak Island Beaches are located approximately 7 minutes away. Historic Downtown Southport boasts many shops and restaurants to explore( about 10-15 minutes away.) We had a wonderful time! This was our first family vacation with the kids and their spouses. There was plenty of room for all of us! The house is very nice, and in a quiet area. We were 5 min from the beach and a short drive to the Southport Ferry and Downtown Southport, and Oak Island. Lots of other shops and restaurants close as well. I definitely would recommend this home!

My friends and I had a great stay at this property! We had just the right amount space/rooms, great location, and we didn’t have to worry too much about being too loud. The owner was so kind and if I ever had a question, she was very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property to others and if I ever come back to Oak Island, I would definitely rent out this property again. Thank you!

This was absolutely perfect for us. We were gathered together as a family from 3 states, and wanted to have space and privacy and yet close enough for daily trips to the beach and grocery stores. Great communication with hosts and simple check in. We will be back!!!
