The Villa Paradiso is situated in one of the finest and most exclusive residential areas in southwest Cape Coral, directly on a beautiful and wide saltwater canal with private boat dock. From here you can reach the Gulf of Mexico in about 20 minutes. The Villa Paradiso is just a few minutes from the marinas Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point and the beautiful sandy beaches of Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, the house features stunning views of the water from the moment you walk into the front door. It is a high quality home with attractive and comfortable furnishings. It therefore offers all the comforts for occupancy of up to 6 people. The typical American open kitchen is equipped with every comfort (large refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) The large heated saltwater pool and very large terrace is ideal for swimming and relaxing. During their stay the guests have free internet (wireless) and a navigation system is also available. Bedroom Layout: 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 8 sleeps Master Bedroom : 1 King size Bed (2 guests) Bedroom 2: 1 King size Bed (2 guests) Bedroom 3: 2 Sigle Beds (2 guests) Bedroom 4: 1 Sleeping Couch (2 guests) We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill. Please read before booking: Please note there is a security doorbell camera located at the front door. Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00. We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, garbage bags are supplied, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. Great for families! The 30ish minute drive to the beach was worth it when we had a whole house, beautiful view & fantastic pool.

Everything was great. Michael was very helpful and imformative. There were some cockroaches in the kitchen area so we informed Michael about them. This house is oustanding except for cockroaches.

This property was great for a family vacation with the kids. The kids enjoyed the large pool. Inside could use a little updating but was okay for our needs.

We had a nice stay at the Villa. The pool was well used by our kids. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, shovels, cooler and pretty much everything we needed for the days we spent at the beach. The manager was friendly and explained things well. There were a few things that were disappointing to us about this house. The kitchen was not well stocked for a family of 6. There were no 9x13 dishes, no sheet pans, very limited spices etc. The house also lacked games for adults or children; maybe because of COVID they had all been removed? I'm not sure. The house was pretty clean other than for cockroaches; mostly in the kitchen area. The neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful being right on the canal, however it was about a 40-60min drive to any of the nice beaches.

Michael was great! Very nice and explained everything perfectly. Also was on time checking in and out. House could have been cleaner and somethings were outdated and worn. But overall we were happy with our choice to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was an easy drive, about 25 mins away. The view is great from all the main rooms! The pool light was not working but that was the only disappointing thing. We would definitely go back.

Right from the moment we walked through the door we felt welcome in this lovely home. We were greeted with lights on, music playing and a bottle of wine. Nice touches! The layout of the house is perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the lovely pool and large deck area, overlooking the canal. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood close to all the amenities Cape Coral offers. Michael, the property manager was easy to deal with. We will definitely be back.
