About this house rental
Quiet family neighborhood with sidewalks and mature trees in the heart of Wilmington. Sleeps 10 but two of the beds are cots. Great indoor space for families and outdoor space by the fireplace. Hot tub on the porch. Newly renovated master shower. Fitness equipment in the garage for morning workouts. Organic master bedroom mattress and organic queen mattress upstairs. Grand piano in the living room. Dining room table plus table in kitchen allow for large family gatherings. 2 TV areas one downstairs and one upstairs. 10-15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach and 8 minutes to downtown Historic Wilmington. Jump on the Cross City Trail and walk 1 mile to the Starbucks or through the back of the neighborhood to Port City Java. *There is a camera front doorbell and a security camera looking over the rear patio towards the driveway and garage.

We had a great stay. The property is super clean and truly peaceful. Communication with the owner was great. Highly recommend this stay. Will certainly stay here again!

The house was wonderful and fully stocked. The hot tub was very nice to enjoy in the evenings. The only concern was that we had to deal with several roaches. The POC did state the reason way we were encountering them was due to the heavy rain. If the problem is rectify, we would love to stay again.

James’ house was everything we could have hoped for. Super clean, plenty of space, and a close drive to downtown and Wrightsville Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for a wedding with family and had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and the owners were so kind and communicated well.

Had a great family weekend in this house. Everything you need was available. House was clean, there were plenty of towels and other essentials. If I had to make a comment about anything I'd say we were possibly a week ahead of the landscape crew. The shrubs were overgrown and the weeds were in high gear. Otherwise this was a great house and worked great for our needs. Another comment that a couple of the women made,they would have enjoyed a full length mirror. I will most definitely try to book this house on my next visit to Wilmington.

We rented this house for my parents and siblings to stay for a wedding in Wilmington. The house is amazing and is in a great neighborhood. Tons of space in the living room to visit with the family. The kitchen, dining room, and kitchen dining table were perfect to enjoy an extended family dinner the night before the wedding.

Nothing beats Thanksgiving at home but this property comes pretty close! Hot tub & outdoor fireplace were a big hit. Close to beaches, the aquarium and great restaurants. I would highly recommend this home for it's comfort and location.
