We were in town to watch grandson swim in Georgia Invitational. Location is excellent as you are almost on campus. Game room in the basement provided fun for the entire family. Could have used a grill.

We were in town for a sorority parents weekend. The house was great for just hanging out, and location could not have been more perfect to get to the stadium. Owner was very easy to contact. A great weekend!

Very convenient to downtown, right in the middle of campus, we brought some e-bikes and explored and enjoyed Athens.

Cosy and clean house perfect for an Athens weekend getaway. Nice game room downstairs and outdoor fire pit. Everything to keep the crowd entertained. Super close to baseball, basketball and tennis facilities. About a 15-20 walk to the Sanford stadium. Would stay again!

You will not find a spot closer to south campus. Short walk to the The Steg, Foley Field, and the House of Payne. Incredibly convenient. This is an older home with a facelift but it was more than enough for us. The game room was a fun place to watch basketball and have some friendly pool and foosball competition. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Great property to stay at with an awesome location in downtown. The host was very accommodating and responsive made for a very easy trip. The house was clean and the basement was very unique, making for a fun stay for all ages!

This house was in a great location and was stocked with everything we needed. The game room in the basement was awesome and the host was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay.

This rental was everything that was listed. Very comfy, great location, and everything we needed was there. Basement game room was a huge hit, especially during our stay as it was really to cold to go outside. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is almost too good to be true in a college town! You can tell the owners take amazing care of the property and share a love for UGA! The house is immaculate, the bedding was so comfortable (I actually purchased for my own home while we were there!) and it’s just an overall pleasant experience! The owners have been quickly responsive- but you won’t need much bc they make sure all the essentials are covered! I wish I knew what trips were making next year to go ahead an book early!!

We loved this house! The basement was a hit with every game you could imagine. The TV was large and played football games all day while the kids played pool, hockey, foosball and a nice refrigerator to hold the drinks. The upstairs was also great with plenty of utensils, great linens, and plenty of room! The owners were also very helpful and responded quickly to all questions. We had one of the best experiences possible!!

My family and I loved this little piece of Athens. The location was perfect for gameday and easily walkable to Sanford Stadium and everything else. The house was very clean and well decorated and stocked. Finally, the game room downstairs was a HUGE hit with the family… especially our 8 year old son. We can’t recommend this place enough. Wonderful time and didn’t want to leave.

This home is the BEST for a stay in Athens! We were there for a UGA game and it was perfect. The home is very well appointed, with every utensil, appliance, blanket, pillow, etc. imaginable. The bedding was very comfortable, clean and crisp! The basement is a great hang out spot for an after game party. We enjoyed the front porch both in the evening and morning. I would recommended without any reservation whatsoever.
