This hotel was an absolute shocker. The room was run down, both showers were mouldy, and the noise was so bad I didn’t sleep at all. The heater didn’t work in the bedroom, and in the middle of winter they expect guests to use a thin blanket instead of a proper doona. Basic essentials weren’t even provided — no tea towel, no coffee machine, and no milk pods in the fridge. It felt like the bare minimum wasn’t even attempted. During my stay I read the reviews, and the same issues have been reported before. Nothing has changed. Management clearly isn’t listening or fixing anything. The reception guy was polite but even he couldn' t do much because the problems are clearly bigger than the front desk. Charging guests for a room in this condition is unacceptable, and the whole place feels neglected from top to bottom. The only thing that worked was the car park being close to the room — and honestly, that’s the best part of the entire place. When the car park is the highlight of your hotel, you’ve got a serious problem.

Magnificent view & great apartment & location. The Kitchen did require better cleaning with the Fridge and drawers quite dirty and there was no Tea Towel to be found.

Spaces and functional with everything you need. Beds were clean, but the apartment was a bit outdated and in some spaces needed a deep clean, some dirty dishes etc Overall we were very satisfied. Reception were very organised and efficient.
