We required an affordable, accessible room and this one did not disappoint. The accommodation fully met our needs. Although it was an older motel, it had been updated and seemed much newer. Check-in staffer was friendly and helpful.

Nice room and fast check in. The only problem is that the area is fairly noisy with traffic (loud vehicles, sirens, helicopters etc)

Our stay was okay. These motels would fair much better if they hired a cleaner to spend time in the rooms cleaning what the regular cleaners never seem to have time to do. Overly the room was clean but there was spill stains on the walls, dirt in the corners etc. The good part was the carpet had been removed and there was a tile floor so at least the room did not have the musty smell you find in many of the area motels. The bed was also comfortable. We were only looking for a place to sleep until we could check into our regular place so that was okay. I definitely wouldn’t want to spend a week or longer in that room.

Last minute trip. Place is a little overpriced for what they offer but that’s a theme for this area. Lists of fines for potential violations was crazy and cleaning people rudely staring when we (are forced) walked away from the property to smoke. It was clean, quiet and the beds were comfy.

Very clean and all staff were very personable. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite nice. The refrigerator and microwave were an asset. Parking is a bit tight but okay. Excellent value overall. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.

This is a bery friendly, clean hotel. The only issue we had was parking seems to be limited. One night we arrived late at the hotel and had to park on the other side of the hotel. They had many spots available right in the front of the hotel but for some reason guests cannot park there? We loved the hotel and would definitely stay again.

If I had paid more I would be mad but for the price and a last minute decision to stay in Orlando it was alright. Towels were worn out and could not get the soap out of the dispenser. This may be an Orlanda issue but there were police sirens all night so the location while convenient may be noisy. Also the ask for a $200 credit card hold which is ridiculous considering the room.

This place was ok for a quick budget stay near Disney, but I’ve stayed at better budget places. The toilet clogged very easily, there are limited amenities, hardly any soap in room, floor was kind of dirty, refrigerators were loud in room which kept me up at night. Staff was nice though.

We needed a place to stay last minute. Was looking for clean and safe. This hotel was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The blankets and towels were clean. The water was hot. It had a microwave and refrigerator. Cute little Mickey table. We felt safe in the parking lot. Only negative thing I can think of is, we had to take stairs to the second floor. No elevator. And there was a hole in the bathroom door. But nothing major, totally worth the price!!

Magic Key was a last minute booking for us. We had booked with another hotel and needed to add a day and that hotel raised their rate for one extra night tremendously. I ended up cancelling my stay and took a chance on Magic Key instead. We were able to stay an extra night for the price I was originally going to pay for the previous hotel. Pros: You can tell they have been working on making the place look and feel more comfortable. The room was very clean and so spacious. The bed was nice,there is soap, shampoo, and body wash provided in dispensers on the wall in case you forget something. There were two mini-fridges in our room, as well as a microwave, coffee pot, flat screen, and a table with chairs. The table and chairs came in handy, since we had a few meals at the hotel and this gave us a spot to actually enjoy our meals. Check in/out was easy and the staff was very friendly. Please be aware that they do require a card at check in and they pre authorize $200, in case anything is stolen, damaged, or if you smoke on the property (it is a completely smoke free property - inside or outside of the rooms. We don't smoke, so wasn't an issue for us.). Not a big deal and we got our $200 back shortly after checking out. Cons- I'd suggest bringing your own towels. They do provide them, but for me, they were kind of abrasive on my skin. Still only a minor inconvenience and we enjoyed our stay. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay again!

Exceeded expectations for cleanliness and condition of room… Even had a small refrigerator and a medium size refrigerator… Exceeded expectations! Staff was very friendly and helpful and I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Great experience in a nice hotel for a very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful 24hr front desk people. Will definitely be returning for our fourth and more visits. Room and shower is the quality of a much much more expensive hotel room.

Not too friendly. 4 nights, 5 days without room service. No trash taken out and no new towels. To get new towels must wait to get the room service or bring to the front desk to be exchanched. Towels must be bleached be bigger. We went and bought new towels. No service at all. Refrigerator must be defrosted. Beds were uncomfortable.

This place was a truly nice surprise. Ironically I almost stayed at the Monte Carlo Inn nearby, until their rate went way up day before my arrival. Little did I know they own them both! :D However, they both were non-refundable, and I'd been burned before, hence the reason for the last day booking. But their Magic Key was honestly a very good visit, with just a few minor complaints, most notably a loose plastic toilet seat. I could tell this place is very well managed, and although it's an older place, it was totally renovated in 2018. Keep up the good work!

You get what you pay for. My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay for the night. The reviews seemed ok but they do this place too much justice. The main office was about the nicest place in the facility. The rooms smelled musty (to be expected for an older place like this) but the original room we were going to stay in smelled of urine (the smells were coming through the AC unit). I went to ask for a room change before we touched anything in the room because the smell was unbearable (I’m also a heavy asthmatic so my lungs are extremely sensitive to things of this nature) and when I explained this to the man at the front desk, he looked confused and then looked annoyed at the fact that we made the request, then reluctantly went ahead and made the change. There was still a must coming from the AC unit in the room we switched to, but it was bearable enough and didn’t exacerbate my asthma. If you absolutely have to and are in a last minute situation like my husband and I were this place is livable for a night. Otherwise the facility is below average, the man who was working the evening shift was terrible with customer service and overall I wouldn’t recommend this place for a longer stay. Spend the money for someplace worth a better experience.
