Staff was awesome, our check out was at 1000, but they held our bags until 1800! The were super helpful with getting us around Asakusa. The gift in the room was appreciated. I have stayed at this Ryokan each time I have visited Japan.

I like everything about the property: the tradition, the charm, the location, the amenities, cleanliness and our amazing tatami room with a view. And let's not forget the absolute best part which was the staff!
