Nul ! Hôtel à fuir

Le réfrigérateur qui semblait neuf 🤣

Personnel froid et pas aimable Escalier très dangereux Hôtel délabré Dalle terrasse s’effondre Piscine salle Bar inexistant et sale Aucun transat au niveau de la piscine contrairement au photo sur booking Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, uniquement dés volets en bois

Excelente relação qualidade preço!

Gostamos De tudo! Era suposto ficarmos 5 dias e acabamos por reservar até ao final da nossa estadia. Em frente ao mar, calmo e sossegado. Quarto espaço, boa casa de banho com duche com bastante pressão. Grande Smart TV e boa internet. Preço do quarto e das motas para alugar é muito justo . Funcionários super atenciosos ! Sentimo-nos em casa, Voltaremos de certeza!

A+ only one issue

As a couple we payed £160 for a week. The room with balcony was great, TV worked and had a netflix acc on it. The pool was clean and the staff were friendly, there was an option to rent scooter for 250 a day subject to availability It's located close to shops and night life with lonely beach being the best beach in the area only a 15 min walk.

The only downside was our ensuite in room 14 had an awful smell. It took a couple of days to notice it as it got worse during the week. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from, my only guess is the drains don't have a U bend in them so sewage smell was travelling back into the room. The only staff member was a woman (can't remember her name) who was managing all the rooms by herself so We didn't make a fuss and just dealt with it by blasting the AC and airing it out and buying some air freshener from the mini mart but if you're a sensitive soul that can't deal with bad smells then probably look elsewhere

Emplacement au calme des animations même si elles sont à deux pas.

Pas d'accès plage mais ça ne gâche rien. Quelques accroches pour les vêtements dans la chambre seraient bien venus 😁

Segunda casa na Tailândia

Quarto espaçosos com vista incrível. Cama confortável, frigorífico e chaleira. Tudo limpo e cheiroso. O staff é espetacular. Voltaremos sempre a este resort. Excelente relação qualidade preço.

Allez-y si vous n'avez pas besoin d'un service hôtelier et voulez juste une chambre.

Une piscine agréable et peu utilisée pendant mon séjour. Ma chambre était grande comme prévu (30 m2) et le lit confortable, mais donnait sur un trou béant rempli d'eau verte donc un attire-moustiques au possible. Hôtel calme, on n'entend pas les autres clients et on entend peu la musique (si besoin, des boules Quiès suffisent à masquer le bruit). L'hôtel donne bien sur le front de mer.

Le personnel n'est quasi jamais présent, donc difficile de prendre le risque de lui laisser l'unique clé pour faire la chambre (sur demande). Pas de restauration, pas de lessive, pas d'information sur la ville ou l'île, pas d'activités ou excursions, aucun service. La chambre donnait sur un trou béant géant -sans doute un ancien emplacement de piscine- rempli d'eau verte donc un attire-moustiques au possible. L'hôtel donne bien sur la plage mais c'est la plage sud de Lonely Beach, donc une plage de rochers impraticable. Il faut remonter plus haut, à partir du Nature Beach Resort, pour avoir une plage de sable. Enfin, le jour de mon arrivée, le réceptionniste m'a dit de poser mon sac à dos devant le bureau d'ici à 14h, l'heure de check-in. Une fois pris mon déjeuner, je reviens à 13h30 et il n'y a personne là, pendant plus d'une demi-heure. Mes affaires ont été laissées en plein milieu de la réception pendant au moins ce délai, sans doute plus. Quand je lui en ai fait part, il n'a même pas répondu et a complètement ignoré le problème. Pendant tout mon séjour, cela a été le comportement du personnel : un je m'en foutisme complet par rapport au client. J'ai été particulièrement déçue compte tenu des avis des voyageurs sur le site.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Das geräumige Häuschen hat einen mega coolen Vibe! Das Bad ist auch riesig, super hell und einladend. Tolle Aussichten auf den Pool + Meer (+ Sonnenuntergang)! Ein Geheimtipp für Koh Chang.

Das Wasser war nass...:) Scherz. Wir haben nichts zu beklagen. Wie gesagt, definitive Empfehlung. .

great for a tight budget

it was close to everything on lonely beach and enough away to not be too loud apart from the slumber party over the road that was loud till late one night. the owners were nice and for a low budget room can’t complain too much. the place has potential but needs sone things sorting out I would say and it could be great.

the air con took ages to cool the room and you can’t leave it on while out so you come back to a stifling room. it was actually cooler outside than inside. I also didn’t get the room I booked and it was smaller which I only realised 2 days in. the pool wasn’t working or clean so we couldn’t use it which with a kid was a pain. on the last night the water went off so couldn’t shower till gone 9pm and even then it was a trickle. it was off again on the morning which meant we couldn’t flush the toilet which wasn’t a good situ after all of us had been! there was no clean sheets or towels replaced in the time we were there. things that could sort out is emptying of bins and fresh towels. clearly the water was a one off issue so don’t hold it against them but glad I was checking out that day!

I liked style of room and the view from window! stuff is very friendly

for me clearness of room was not so good. there are a lot of bars around and you can hear music from there. so sometimes it was a big problem to fall asleep

In need of some real basics for the price point asked

On a great location, close to lonely beach walking street but far enough away from noise at night. good view on the water from the ‘reception’ area. Air con was strong/new unit and Wi-Fi was good.

When we arrived we were given a different room and were told it’s because Booking.com are using the wrong photos and it’s a known problem - they didn’t reach out to me at anytime to amend my booking in advance or tell me about this. The step to our room path was broken meaning a huge step down from the walkway. Tons of construction rubbish under each of the bungalows. No fridge, basic furniture and bed was just 2 mattresses stacked on one another. They don’t even offer duvet covers they just wash the duvet each time. we were missing a pillow case and didn’t even have any toilet roll but they did get these for us quickly. I complained and was told the rooms we booked they did have, but were already occupied. We stayed for nye as everything else booked then moved on a day early. The pool is not clean, and no sunbeds like the pics just a few random chairs. It could be a great place but is missing some really basic stuff you get elsewhere for the same price

I am appreciated

It's a new place so basically the room and everything is new. Also, the rooms here are larger than average size. If you stay in a proper room, you will get an amazing view. However, the beach is rock beach not sand so you cant go to the sea but that means it is quiet enough and I prefer that.

No hair dryer and no room service to come clean and provide drinking water every day, you have to go ask them yourself. The Wifi signal isnt that good. Having a water heater at the bath tub would be nice.

Good location..but you can see it's not ready to welcome costumers.

Under construction.. some cottages smell really bad, other has ants inside. Pool was not clean. TV was missing. No beach to access swimming. They should working on it quickly before they lost reputation for good.
