Suited my needs for the first half of my week-long Koh Chang journey

The sea view room I took was very spacious, with a closet and multiple drawers. Don’t expect too much in terms of aesthetics with regards to the furnishings and decor, but all you actually need is right there, including a microwave, kettle, sink, dishes, cutlery and a medium sized fridge (in these 4 sea view units, don’t know about the others). Private, more or less, and very peaceful, with seating for 3 on the patio and a couch inside as well as a little workstation. Good water pressure, and 2 bottled waters everyday. Also the swimming pool was a nice spot to cool off, and seemed to be kept quite clean. In fact the whole place was well maintained. I also loved that a Big C store was right at the top of the road, and the ocean view restaurant at Saffron Resort, right next door, was a nice spot for a meal.

Unfortunately the strip of shoreline in this area is just rocks so don’t expect to actually swim in the ocean while here. If you rent a scooter - the staff can help - then you can drive to an actual beach for the day and return here afterwards. If “no sandy beach” is a dealbreaker for you then you won’t like it. But everything else conforms to what most economy to mid-range waterfront properties are offering on this island (this was my 7th visit to Koh Chang). I stayed 3 nights then moved to a place that was cheaper, and right on the beach, but also more remote, smaller, and with much less amenities.

Sehr ruhige Lage

Sehr ruhig, man konnte von 8 bis 20 Uhr am pool chillen, es gab vor ort direkt roller vermietung.

Den pearl strand kann man nicht wirklich nutzen, da es aus stein und felsen. Sowie man ohne Roller zu weit von den geschäften sowie Restaurants entfernt war und zu fuss alles zu lange dauern würde.

Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt, ich werde wiederkommen.

Wie jedesmal war es auch diesmal wieder ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Excellent little bungalows close to everything. Good Internet, fridge and AC. I stay here again

Great value for money this place. The little bungalows are private, the internet actually works and the air con was up to the task. The little refrigerator worked great. I would definitely stay here again. The Pool was very clean. The guy running the place was excellent and went out of his way to be really friendly and nice. No stairs :)

disappointing

location good but no breakfast

It said there was breakfast and a bar but they was no breakfast and bar because of lack of costumers. we had to go outside the place to do everything

Pleasant property with lots of land and nice pool

The bungalows were comfortable and location not too bad with stores close by.

Not a fan of rocky beaches, but otherwise picturesque setting with lovely sunsets.

the rooms are clean but the doors cannot be fully locked. therefore lizards and ants are enetring the rooms all the time

The view of the mountain , retro old fashioned room style , cheap motorbike rental , next to Tesco lotus

The 1st room they gave me was full of mould spores and dust , the pillows and wardrobe smelt of mould, they really need to service their air cons and sort the mould , no kettle , old TV, the 2nd room they gave me was slightly better , I was there for about 4 nights - I noticed they only gave the really good rooms to Thais only , you can find places 100 to 200 bht cheaper that are more modern In the area, wasn't worth 1000 bht a night , I would consider a 2nd stay , I'm not sure though
