The free breakfast chilaquiles were the best part. The kitchen and housekeeping staff are great.

The included breakfast chilaquiles were great. However the place feels pretty dingy over all. The fridge and a/c only work when you're in your room with your key card inserted. The location is not at all walkable as it is surrounded by a couple of expensive hotels which are located on a very busy street with hardly any pedestrian traffic. We had to book this room for a busy weekend but then went back to our previous hotel which was much nicer for a significantly lower price.

The fridge, ac, and lights don't work when the room key isn't inserted in the wall. I don't think the daily cost of energy for occupying the room can really be high enough to justify cutting off the power when you leave the room for a few hours. It would make much more sense to do this when the room is vacant.

A few simple changes could help this Hotel be much more popular.

the rooms are small, the bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower, includes a microwave and refrigerator. the air conditioning was effective.

every day and night there is a very audible chirping sound likely generated by the parking area solar panel equipment. the chirping noise is constant and disturbing 24 hours a day. the bathroom ceiling level glass block window passes a lot of light 24 hours, day and night. the jacuzzi is never above ambient.

usually a economic good alternative.

location is great, breakfast is good, free parking,

every time I stay I hear outside what’s sounds like a smoke alarm beeping on low battery. Wi-Fi is not good, always weak with connectivity problems. requires a deposit. Jacuzzi and pool are always cold.

it was clean the room and bathroom where in good condition there is free breakfast and it was good

Never coming back!

Absolutely nothing.

Unfriendly and loud staff. Horrible looking rooms with dirty looking sheets and towels. My daughter and husband were bit by bed bugs.

Location.

The front guy desk guy was super rude. There was no hot water and it was 4 degrees outside. The restaurant was closed at 8am and we ended up not having the included breakfast. I had stayed there before it had never been that bad. I'm definitely going to the hotel across the street next time.
