La ubicación, el precio y que el edificio cuenta con amenidades y es muy seguro
No hay acceso para el estacionamiento con algún código o tarjeta, el encargado nos tenía que abrir

Que habia siempre una persona en la recepcion por cualquier inconveniente. Muy amables y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inquietud. Habitacion muy amplia, estuve trabajando alli y estuve muy comoda. Muy buena zona con lugares muy buenos para desayunar como Fougasse o almorzar como La Colifata. Muy comodo el servicio de lavanderia que estaba en el subsuelo.
Que la habitacion era completamente cerrada y para ventilarla habia que abrir la puerta.

No me han enviado la factura aún, a dos días de haber entregado el piso.
