Cosy stay

My partner and i just had a lovely stay at Sandy Feet. The house is lovely and cosy in a nice quiet location. Perry is friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay which was fixed up nice and quick while we popped out to explore. No fault of the house, amenities or Perrys hospitality, these things just happen. We didnt get a chance to utilise the covered deck but it would be a lovely space for a morning cuppa, afternoon drinks or just reading a book. We didnt bring our furry friend this time but it's a nice enclosed space for your pooch. The house has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing i can say is there were a couple minor household items not at the house (tissues, dish cloth and paper towel) but that wasnt a big deal, we popped down to the local IGA for what we needed. And understandable, each guest would have their own needs for their stay. This definitely doesnt deter us, we would stay here again! Lovely house, lovely host, lovely location.

The property was great. 3 beds great layout. Close to so much activities.. My only comment would be the general cleanliness could have been better..

Exceptional

Property looks much better in reality than on photos. We were really impressed. A quiet neighbourhood with a short drive to shops either in St Georges Basin or Sanctuary Point. Beds were very comfortable - we just regretted not staying any longer! It would be a great base for anyone wanting to visit Jervis Bay, etc. with most tourist attractions 10-15mins away. Very functional property containing everything that you need and want. Really good communication with the owners from initial booking through to end of stay.

Honestly - nothing really. Initially didn't understand why the back patio stairs were not next to the driveway (to make it easier to offload luggage), but when the weather turned, we quickly realised it was designed so that you could still stit comfortably outside even in strong winds.

Relaxing stay with our fur baby

The house is very cozy and spacious. For me personally it was nice to have so much room in the kitchen as I really enjoy cooking so that was a huge bonus! Me and my partner also really enjoyed the covered veranda and had breakfast there every morning and enjoyed some afternoon drinks while listening to music. The backyard is nice and secure so we could let our fur baby run around and play! So nice to be able to bring our puppy with us on holidays! Would highly recommend Sandy Feet for anyone traveling with a dog!

The only downside is that there’s no beach nearby which we knew when we booked so if you’re after a beach experience then this isn’t the best location for you. However, Hyams beach is only a 15-minute drive away so it’s not too far 😊

Excellent, comfortable accomodation.

Outdoor area was lovely. Chess set was a bonus. The whole place was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Top notch accomodation.

Superb

Our family had a great weekend. Location is great to get to many beautiful beaches in the area. We loved the outside patio, loved the winter sun warming the area in the morning.

Sandy feet house

Very well equipped house with pretty much everything you require for a stay.. Really clean and spacious. Perry is very good at contacting you and offered advice if required. Would recommend.

Not much to dislike really, it's on a housing estate and not many amenities around without a drive, but close enough by car to get to the beach, shops etc

Very good

Great size 3 bed house. Good outdoor undercover area. Great yard that was secure for our 2 small dogs. Quiet street.

Relaxing weekend away at Sanctuary Point

Location was excellent, a short walk or drive to St George's Basin and other famous beaches in the area. The house had extra touches like included Wifi and a smart TV. The back veranda was nice to sit on and drink a cup of tea.

Bliss away from the city

My little family loved the peace & privacy. The cottage was excellent value for money with fully equipped kitchen & amenities. It was cosy & clean, and utterly perfect, located close to cafes, trail walks & local beaches.

Superb

Property was clean and spacious. Liked the renovated bathroom. Quiet location. Plenty of Board games provided which the kids enjoyed.

Some of the furniture is a bit dated. Could be upgraded. But overall really good value for money.
