Comfortable room and bed and very clean. Decor in the room and in the halls is kept very dark likely to go with the theme of the wholesome Finlandais spa. Our stay was very relaxing with a great breakfast included a much appreciated bonus.

At check in the receptionist provided explanation of the hotel breakfast times, etc in a low voice and so quickly as to be unintelligible. When advised she was not understood she advised my wife that perhaps she would understand better if she refrained from interrupting. My wife is fluent in French but somewhat hard of hearing. On another matter, the tub was badly cleaned and a soiled face cloth not picked up. We had stayed at this hotel the week before and had an excellent experience on that occasion. We will not be returning.

I like this place overall. I had a great one night stay. Comfortable bed. Best spa across the street. Nice lady at breakfast Will be good to make safer passage between the hotel and the spa or some kind of indoor connection. That will be very convenient.

Overall great experience! If I can suggest something. It would be to upgrade on the breakfast. Also, maybe get a discount on the hotel stay if you are doing the spa across the street. Others than that; I would definitely recommend and come back. Thanks for a great experience! :)

Have stayed here four times over many years as it is close to a family home. This was the best as we lucked into a balcony overlooking the pool, with river views. It was quiet, immaculately clean, large rooms, and friendly staff. Nice breakfast options in a large, well kept room. If you arrive late, parking can be tricky as individual spaces wrap around the property, but there were enough. Prices very reasonable. Look forward to future stays.

At 6 am, I was woken up to someone trying to break into my first floor room. I ran to the bathroom and called the front desk… not knowing what to do. They told me they would take care of it. 10 min later, I heard them move to the window next door. I called the front desk again, “it was someone who got locked out.” The. Lies. 1) why would you not come tell me this after you find this out and I call you terrified and told you my room number. 2) the sound continued. You never called the police etc. I cannot recommend this property and will not be staying again due to it being ill lit and VERY easy for someone from the outside to access.

Marta at the front desk is the reason of a 4 and not 3 stars. Amazing customer service ! The air conditioner was literally 2 feet from my ear when I was lying on the bed. It makes a tremendous noise all night if you want to keep the room cool. Considering the price of the night, I expected a room with more space. The toilet was in a tiny room smaller than a closet. These are details, but it's the little details that, in my opinion, make the difference between a 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel.
