The choice is yours! The Space: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 8 guests in 3 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 3: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property has an on-site gym and outdoor pool. PARKING: Daily parking with in and out 30.00 plus 15% tax= $34.50. Monthly parking is 300.00 plus 15% tax=$345.00. Street parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis. Please be advised to pay parking in advance. WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and TVs equipped with basic cable. High chairs, stair gates, and 1 pack-n-play crib, are provided upon request. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1200 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property Conference room with phone/video conferencing technology available Private event room with TV, kitchen, and audio system On-site gym Pool Complimentary WiFi Concierge services The Neighborhood: Brickell Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Interaction with Guests: A Guest Experience Manager will reach out to you with check-in instructions within 2 days prior to your arrival. The Guest Experience Team will be your point of contact throughout your entire stay and are available 24/7. We are here if you need us, but not if you don't!

Wonderful stay near almost all of the clubs! Near all of the yacht charters I went during rolling loud weekend with 4 other girls! Everything was perfect and the apartment building has security which is good for late at night.

Our stay was FABULOUS!!! Staff was so very friendly!!!! The lady you checked us in was so very very nice - friendly, kind, helpful! Valets were all very personable - especially the guy we had Tuesday (3/15) in the evening - so very nice. The one and only complaint I had would be how filthy our floors were. Bottoms of our socks were BLACK, and when we wiped up some melted ice off the floor, our entire handprint was BLACK on the paper towel. Every other thing was FANTASTIC!!!

Staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. Neighborhood not so convenient for walking, but if you have a car would be fine. The photos online look nicer than the actual apartment.

The location is great, the unit is spacious and John, the manager was very welcoming and helpful. The host was responsive and responded to all my emails without any delays. However, she would have not taken me as a guest because I live in the area and explained that they were concerned the property would be rented for a party. My word was not good enough and i was required to show proof of residence for the guests. The bathrooms are outdated and need refreshing. Overall, it was a good experience.
