Situated in Bolivar Peninsula, this lovely house for $185 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. o Welcome to your beach getaway for friends and family! o Short walk to beach access o 3 bed, 2 bath with everything you need to have an amazing stay o Infused with local inspirations From your first cup of coffee in the morning to relaxing at the Tiki Bar with a drink in the evening you will find what you need! This house is filled with all the essentials for a hassle free stay. The house features a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. One guest bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed and the second guest bedroom has two twin bunk beds. The yard is fully fenced to ease your mind with furry friends and kids. Let's go to the beach! Load up the wagon with the provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, body boards, and sand toys. The beach is a short 10 minute walk. Don't want to walk? No problem, you can buy a beach pass for $10 and drive right onto the beach! An outdoor shower will help you rinse the sand off when you get back to the house. Spend some time hanging out under the house and enjoy your favorite music with the bluetooth speaker or relax in the one of the hanging hammock chairs. Keep your drinks chilled with the cooler while you play a game of cornhole or Spikeball. If cooking outside is your style, there is a charcoal grill provided. There are four smart TVs throughout the house to let you stream your favorite shows/movies with our high speed internet. The home features local small business inspirations including FIKA coffee, Anna Louise hand soap, Maceo spices, and Smitty Mitts dog treats. Linens, towels, beach towels, bathroom amenities, and cooking essentials are all provided. Dogs are welcome at The Lobster Shack. You will find Smitty Mitts dog treats, food/water bowls, dog towels, waste bags to keep it clean, and a cozy dog bed. Please make sure you include your pet when you book and we will make sure these amenities are ready for you! Have kids? No problem, you will find a step stool, space saver high chair, night lights, books, and puzzles. For the adults there are several board games and puzzles! In the kitchen you will find everything you need from your first cup of coffee using the Keurig K-Duo coffee maker (K-cups or drip) to your evening meal with pots/pans/spices/oil. The house is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and restocked after each stay. Please make sure to enter the total number of guests and if applicable, dogs to ensure all amenities are prepared for your stay. We cannot wait to host your vacation!

My husband & our family stayed at this VRBO during Thanksgiving week. We didn’t have the best weather so we stayed in the house a lot. We were so impressed. It was SO clean, spacious, & the host thought of everything. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was fully stocked. We brought our lab & the fenced in yard was perfect. The location was centralized & right across the street from the grocery store. The communication is clear and we had zero issues. Overall, we were very impressed & we will be back!

We loved our stay at Lobster Shack. Dana checked in on us several times to make sure we were set, and even made some accommodations that we didn't even ask about (i.e. early check-in). The house had tons of amenities, a short walk to beach access, and super close to the grocery store. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

My family and I have stayed at many houses on Crystal Beach this one was by far the cleanest and most well maintained. Nice quite neighborhood just minutes from the beach, kitchen and all rooms stocked with everything one would need and the host was excellent. You just couldn't ask for a better stay anywhere. We would definitely stay here again , thank you so much!

Great house! Super clean! The owner of the home self manages the property and is super responsive and helpful with any questions or needs and is a great host! We really enjoyed the local bag of coffee, and our dog enjoyed the locally made dog biscuits that the owner thoughtfully provided. When not on the beach we spent most of our time outside below the house playing corn hole or reading in the hammock swings. There is a nice bar area, a grill, and plenty of seating for everyone. The outdoor area below is fenced in and was great for our dog. Everything you need for the beach is provided just bring your bathing suit and suntan lotion. The beaches were so different than our east coast beaches. Trucks, ATVs, and golf carts (and dogs) are allowed on the beach and proudly cruise up and down the beach displaying their flags. We rented a golf cart for a day and joined in on the fun cruising the beach. We found the local kite shop and bought a flag to take home. The beach is within walking distance and is big enough to accommodate people, vehicles, sun canopies, etc and still have plenty of room to cruise up and down the beach. Also check out Fins Bar & Grille at Camp Margaritaville RV Resort that is open to the public, great food and service. We had a great time in this quiet town with a laid back beach community! We hope to come back to the Lobster Shack again with the rest of our family!

My family and I stayed here for a birthday. It was amazing! Very clean and the host even reached out to make sure everything was great. She was so sweet and left a birthday card and balloons for me. I will be staying here again!!!

Perfect for our annual family vacation!! Very clean, loved the personal amenities: dog welcoming goodies, dual coffee maker, beach supplies. A big fenced in yard for the dog. Close enough to the beach to easily get there but not so close that you would hear any beach parties. Close to shopping. And the owner was very responsive to anything we may have needed. Will definitely try to stay here again!

What a wonderful pristine beach home. Everything was nice and clean from the bedding to the kitchen and both bathrooms. Immediately felt comfortable and at home. Decorated very tastefully, fully stocked, loved having the local coffee. Master bed was super comfy. Kids loved the bunk beds. I love staying at a fully fenced home with our dogs. Makes it so much easier for them to run out for a few minutes while we sit downstairs. rather than having to hold onto a leash,. We loved the swinging chairs downstairs too., just a comfy added bonus. It was one of the quietest and well kept subdivisions we have been to on the peninsula. Thank you I’m sure we will be back. Spent the weekend for a fishing trip at the Lobster Shack. The house is wonderful, very clean, and on a nice cul-de-sac with little through traffic. Dana the host checked in with me frequently to see if we needed anything. And provided a great information booklet about the area for anyone not familiar with crystal beach. We had a blast downstairs playing cornhole and the giant Bluetooth speaker/phone charger was a big hit! I will recommend this place to my friends and family going forward!

We could not be happier with this house. Everything stated was there. The buggy the chairs grills it had it all. We have stayed at several homes in Galveston and this was our favorite!!!
