Staff was pleasant and .acommidating.area is great mall and plenty of stores and gastations. Clean no bugs quite. All and all was a nice stay will be back again

Was relatively quiet on the 4th floor.
The microwave was not cleaned prior to us arriving. There was food caked inside of it. Like A LOT. There was no TV remote and when I was looking for it I discovered an entire dresser drawer full of clothes that was left behind by a guest who stayed in the room before us.
