The location was perfect, parking was very limited, and the rooms are not cleaned very well.

The room was not clean, the tv only got a few channels, the grounds were not clean.

Clean the room and have them updated. No electronics plugs, the room was not clean.

Great Option for Gen Con

We stayed at Red Roof Inn South during Gen Con. We have previously stayed at the Red Roof Inn near the airport for Gen Con before and it was subpar (no cleaning service ever, no new towels, breakfast was bad). This Red Roof was under renovation while we were there, so they had no facilities or breakfast. However, the cleaning service came everyday and provided us ample towels and toiletries. The bed was clean and comfortable; the space was quiet. It was 10-20$ per ride to uber to the convention center and rarely took ~15-20 min. I definitely recommend this as a budget option for Gen Con. Most hotels this cheap will not be nearly as pleasant.

The hard water in Indy is terrible for showering, but this is a citywide issue. It's drinkable but has a taste. The only issue specific to this hotel was the office and lobby being blocked off during renovations.

You get what you pay for…

in a great location, easy access to everything!

$100 deposit that was not communicated to me until check in. Sunflower seeds in the room, like it had not been cleaned all the way.

facilities pretty rough

Staff was helpful in changing rooms as the first one was so smoked in you could hardly breath

It's My Birthday.... hanging out with my daughter...

The room and the staff were exceptional, very impressive. The guests were also friendly and helpful. I really felt that the staff cared and they wanted you to know, that they did. I have been in a precarious situation, of late. It was nice to feel that I'm Important.

No help with the vending machine. Staff commented, they were not owned by the property. But a guest did try to help me. And ...there were issues with theTV reception. IAM NOT A FAN Of DIRECT TV....

I'd visit again.

The heater worked great, room temperature was perfect.

Lock malfunctioned, but manager put me in another room until maintenance could open it, so at least I could get some sleep before work. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room, but lobby had some.

Good

Staff were helpful when important items were left behind after checkout.

Bed was a bit rough and was a higher than normal rate for a Red Roof, but understandable considering events happening in that area.

Deposit $100,no breakfast, get my money from Deposit ,have wait 5-7 business days. Covid 1984,ended,way no breakfast

What breakfast? TV didn't work. Should hs e been offered compensation. Did want to repack and move to a different room.

Staff was nice and when the TV didn't work they gave us a new room.

That we had to switch rooms but it was only next door with double beds when we had a King room but new room had refrigerator where old room didn't.
