A lot of not good people around the property. The police are on site many times.

Room was nice and warm . Had a beautiful staircase
Bed had no comforter or blankets. Was just sheets.

VERY cheap rates for the 2025 Indy 500 weekend. The WiFi worked well and there’s plenty of parking. There are a few restaurant options within walking distance and the room was spacious with plug sockets near the bed. Easy to check in and out, and the staff were friendly and professional.
The room was not that clean (bedsheets were fine though), and the property needs a some maintenance and attention.
Many of the other guests were very inconsiderate, playing music and making a lot of noise late into the evening/night. Some had dogs barking loudly (very audible from my room) and one couple had an aggressive shouting match in the corridor at 8am. So not the most relaxing of stays.
You get what you pay for, I suppose, in every way.
