Cleaning could be better. Breakfast was minimal effort and could have at least added fresh fruit.

1. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We knocked on the staff breakroom door and called the front desk several times. No one answered either. It took 15 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. She was eating popcorn while doing so and said she was the only staff member on site and had been upstairs cleaning a room. 2. The hallways smelled horrible. Not sure if this was from people cooking in rooms or food delivered, but the smell was on two different floors (I walked around looking to find a bathroom when no one was at the front desk to check us in). 3. The furniture in our room #334 was worn and had visible chips on all of the pieces. The kitchenette sink was dirty around the faucet. 3. When we returned to the hotel at Midnight, there were people standing in the lobby trying to check in, but the front desk was closed. There was a metal screen pulled down and locked over it. I stopped and gave them the phone number to the front desk, as there was no contact info nor instructions visibly posted that would have helped them get help.
