I had to switch rooms twice because they smelled like cats and dogs urine. The blankets had cigarettes burnt, awful. We ended up getting a room that was supposedly better. It was ok

The door to the unit barely closed. It appeared someone had attempted to kick the door in. I addressed it with the front desk, they said "well it does shut." I said as a woman i think you should see if you could replace the door or fix it better

A really good stay and super cheap! Wasn’t very far from anything . Perfect for a one night stay .

Don't let the pictures online fool you. The room was not clean and it had roaches. Once I saw the second roach, I had to leave. Utterly disappointed and disgusted. I should have asked for a refund.

The first room we were given had mold in it. The second room smelled like cigarette smoke and had bugs in it. We ended up just leaving.

Front desk was unreasonable. One didn't know English, the other was a bully. I had booked an Accessible room, advertised as an accessible room. We did not receive an accessible room. Room was dirty and unkept, I have photos to prove my claim.

Our bed was broke it was infested with roaches. Said they had coffee in morning but if you dont get there before 8 you don't get none cause their out.

Theres absolutely no reason this should even be an option to stay at. The pictures are completely misleading. I stayed for one night because I had no choice and left the next day demanding a refund because the place was disgusting. There were burn holes in the sheets, the toilet seat was the wrong size, the light switches were missing half of there covers, the hair dryer was covered in hair and brown spots. There was holes in the wall and unfinished patch jobs everywhere. There was trash all over the grounds and police sirens throughout the night. Expedia should really take this hotel off as an option. Absolutely disgusting

The largest disappointment was the room itself. There was a leak in the shower faucet, causing water to spray onto the ceiling and onto the drywall, which was rotting, and you'd have this drywall soaked water dripping on you while you showered. Not something we noticed until we took our showers in the morning. Further, we checked in late (we came after a concert) and discovered the light over the sink didn't work, as the light switch button had been peeled off the outlet. This made it difficult to clean up after being in the sun all day, taking out my contacts, etc. The beds are lined with plastic covers and the base sheet is not fitted, so, it rolls up with any movement during sleep, leaving you to wake up on the plastic sheet. Overall the lobby is locked, you can't access any space to get together as a group, there were no breakfast ammenities (coffee, etc), and the staff were cold and distant. I brought up the outlet issue and the shower to the office person. While he was cold and distant, he also seemed to have known that this was already present in the room. I'd have been embarassed to rent the room. I didn't go into detail about the plastic sheets, the lack of amenities, etc: It was clear he was indifferent. I hate commenting and I don't want this review public, but if the owner of the hotel gets this so they can improve their product I hope this helps that person.

Cigarette burns in the bedspread, broken tiles, splattered paint on the walls, filthy, greasy, greasy carpet, made my white socks dirty. Bed adequate but when I sat on one corner, the whole top half came up. No screens on the windows. Cigarette butts litter the ground all around the property. Trash bins overflowing. Ice machine broken. Check-in was difficult as I had made one reservation through Expedia and then I called the hotel directly to add a second night on and the person checking in could not find it. people up at three in the morning talking and smoking cigarettes outside the room. Have a cloth shower curtain with the bottom and dragging in the tub – gross. As a Worldmark by Wyndham owner, I made these reservations in the expectation that the property would be at least clean. I am appalled that Wyndom has their name associated with this slovenly hotel.

This hotel is definitely not worth the money that room me and my husband stayed it was horrible and just not cared about. The bathroom door didn’t even close all the way. There was a wall thing to charge phone and stuff didn’t even work. The light right above the door didn’t even work but when you turn it on nothing then you turned it back off and then it would just flicker on and off for like an hour after shutting it completely off. The lampshades were disgusting. The door going outside was like very sketchy. The drawer right by the bed it was completely disgusting inside the drawer there was hair, a single toenail. and in the bathroom, the sink was like almost falling off the counter, and there was water toilet paper up on the ceiling, and there is no toilet paper holder. And in the bathroom over the lights, there was no cover on the long lightbulbs so yea Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They need to be shut down and we have deep cleaning and remodeling. Fixing a lot of stuff.

I walked into room, and it looked okay, checked beds for bugs, no sign of bugs, bed sheets had stains on them. room door didn't latch shut, i felt very unsafe. i left the room and found another hotel to stay at. never again,

Overall this location is poor. Some good things before the (many) bad: - Has a bed - Has a toilet that works - Has a separate area for kids to sleep - Plenty of dresser space - Has a fridge that works - Couldn’t hear other guests Some of those are things that should be givens, but in this place, it was worth noting these givens. Here are the cons of this place. - Unsafe area - Bed is hard - Outlets don’t all work - AC is terrible - Door frame is warped so the door doesn’t close right - Bathroom is too small - One lamp doesn’t work - Mystery stains on chair - Automatic lights where they’re unnecessary (turned on when kids should be sleeping - No Bible - Sketchy staff hangs out in the parking lot next to car - Lobby closed (contrary to website) - Internet can’t stream video - No hallway, rooms open to outside - Windows open: security issue, no other hotels do that? - Found bug in toilet - Paint job in room is terrible - No TV remotes - Outdoor pool closed in August If you are considering this property, splurge a bit and book one of the properties across the street, or on a completely different side of the city if you can…

Room dirty,holes in bed sheets, smelled awful, hole in floor going in bathroom. Room was supposed to be handicap accessible and couldn't get wheelchair through due to furniture. Bathroom was not accessible standard tub and commode were installed.

I walked barefoot on the carpet for less than a minute and when I turned on the shower the water ran down black. The carpet just felt like it had at least a decade of dust and dirt stuck in it. The microwave was sticky, the sheets had cigarette burns, the entire room stank of smoke as soon as we walked in, the bathroom door was damaged and wouldn’t close… I could go on. Checked out early and didn’t get a refund.

Property is what you think it will be for the price. The bedding is not the best so be sure to bring your own pillow and blankets.

We arrived two hours early and walked to the front desk to see if we could get an early check in. No one was there, but there was a hand written note with instructions to call if needed assistance followed by a phone number next to a scratched out partially written number. I called the number and got no answer. We came back later at 7 and were greeted at the front desk and got our room and keys. Filthy motel, but what to expect for that price I guess. Next to giant construction site. Pool is closed with tarp, but wouldn't even use if available after inspecting the room. Dirty room. Burn holes everywhere. Found a used towel in the pull out coach. One of the remotes was missing a battery so had to alternate batteries to switch channels between rooms. Bathroom thankfully had half a roll of toilet paper. The bathroom fan didn't have on off switch, but did make a slight squeaky noise. Stains everywhere on most the room. Inspected bed sheets and mattress. No bed bugs, but filled with stains and crumbs. Broken office chair next to desk would suddenly drop 2 inches after sitting on it for a few seconds regardless if raised or lowered all the way. One of the light bulbs unexpectedly worked on the dusty desk lamp, so we were able to get a couple of card games going. The amazing continental breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and a baking pan of chewy granola bars. This was paired with a vending machine by the back door. The Cheetos were only a little stale.

Constant construction and traffic

Everything is clean, bathrooms, fridge, and bed.

This was a horrible hotel that Expedia should be ashamed and Wyndham should be ashamed for listing. Drug dealers and prostitution was taking place right out in the open.

We checked in through the overnight vestibule as the lobby was closed at 3pm. Walking up the stairs to our room we noticed that the landing halfway up the stairs was missing and replaced with wood that bounced as we walked across it. Upon getting into our room we discovered that the doorframe was busted and cracked in multiple places, the carpet was dirty, the mirror had a substance splattered on it and there was feces in the toilet. We left for dinner and discussed our options and decided to return and check out, we could have asked for another room but after a very long day it was decided to stay elsewhere and just lose the cost of the room.

The room was clean and it was nice to have both a microwave and fridge in the space. It was also quiet.

The pictures that they show on the site are NOT real pictures of the property. The room we stayed in for one wretched night was smelly, old, dirty and in horrible disrepair. Lesson learned…you get what you pay for. However, this property should go for MAYBE $10 per night. Don’t stay here if you have any other choice.
