Budget-priced stay in a great location 15 minutes walk from EU area. It's like a cross between a hall of residence and a youth hostel. If you don't mind not having an en suite toilet / bathroom, then it makes a perfectly comfortable base. The internal gardens are nice, if under-used. Breakfast has a DIY ethos, but is very good. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and there is a 22.00 silence requirement, which is more than can be said for many hotels!
