Very modern and clean hotel in a nice part of Brussels. Perfect location for easy access to the centre of Brussels.
Rooms on the main road side had minor tram noise.

Good location, spacious lounge and garden area
Floor and tables were dirty - we arrived at 12pm - the wooden stairs down to the large restaurant were covered in dust/crumbs. Our room though was clean and well presented.
It’s okay for a short stay - a large impersonal hotel - the reception staff will not beyond the basics to assist you. Don’t even think about asking to check in 30 minutes early.
