Sehr freundliches Personal, aber die Umgebung von draußen war zu laut.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat dafür gesorgt, dass man sich als Gast wohlfühlt. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, sodass viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.

Ich fand das Badezimmer zu klein. Wenn ich zum Beispiel auf die Toilette wollte, hatte ich das Gefühl, gleich mir den Kopf an die Wand zu stoßen. Leider gab es auf dem Zimmer kein Safe, worin man seine Wertsachen abschließen kann. Nachts war es von draußen ganz schön laut, was aber daran liegt, dass sich nebenan Restaurants befinden. Muss man also aushalten können, wenn man da ist.

El baño y la habitación eran muy pequeñas, estaba todo muy reducido.

Konumu mükemmeldi. Etrafında market ve restoranların olması, çalışanlarının güler yüzü ve otelin temizliği diğer Avrupa ülkelerindeki Ibisleri aratmadı.

DON'T OFFER THINGS YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO FULFILL

The location is near to subway station and near to the best places of the city. You can walk from the hotel and visit the most interesting points in the city. The hotel looks good, clean and fancy.

We had booked two rooms for two people each, with breakfast included as confirmed in our reservation. However, upon arriving at the hotel and proceeding with check-in, we encountered a completely unexpected and frustrating situation: when inquiring about the included breakfast, the reception staff abruptly informed us that we were only entitled to one breakfast per room and that we would have to pay 30€ extra for two additional breakfasts. This was completely contrary to what had been guaranteed when making the reservation. In the end, we decided to each consume three breakfasts during our stay as a way to assert what had been initially promised to us and to emphasize the importance of seriousness and transparency in hospitality service offerings. This lack of transparency and poor customer service from the outset of our stay left much to be desired. Not only was the promise made in the reservation not fulfilled, but we also felt as though we were being treated unfairly from the beginning. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to those who value proper and honest customer service. It is preferable to seek more reliable and consistent alternatives to ensure a stay without complications or misunderstandings.

Emplacement idéal

Cet hôtel est idéalement placé. On peut rayonner ds tout le centre ville à pied, le métro et tram sont à 2 mn à pied. Le quartier est très agréable, très vivant pour sortir et manger à proximité. Très bonne literie. Nous avons été ravis de ce choix stratégique pour 3 jours sur Bruxelles.

Il n’y a rien de particulier, c’est un hôtel Ibis, donc les chambre sont ultra basique, mais c’est propre et fonctionnel. Effectivement la salle de bain est très étroite ce qui peut être un souci pour les personnes fortes.

Sicuramente la colazione, buona. La posizione vicina al centro ed alla metropolitana. La cordialità del personale.

Il bagno potrebbe esserr più funzionale. La doccia in cui l'acqua arriva lenta e cambia spesso temperatura.

Central but small

Breakfast and location

Room is very very very small . Many other options in Brussels at the same price and bigger . One more thing . I lost one shirt in the room and the hotel did not find it and I am sure I left it in the room . It was brand new US Polo shirt dark blue . 😞

Great budget hotel in a good location

The room was not huge, but it was clean and had everything we needed. For a budget hotel, the public spaces are really nice in this hotel, including a bar and an area where guests can have breakfast, as well as desks with internet access. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checking out without charge. The location is good - only 10 minutes walk from Grande Place, but also just round the corner from Place St Catherine, which is an area with a lot of restaurants and has a real buzz about it.

Room was dingy - greasy/dirty walls. Bathroom was the size of an airplane toilet - seriously! Price was hefty for what was effectively a youth hostel room £140 per night.

Great location

Front desk staff were amazing and provided us with tips on what to see, which trams to get, etc. The location is unbeatable! Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grand place, tram/trains etc The lady at the breakfast area was amazing and didn't have a problem heating up soy milk for my morning coffees. I loved that the window in the room opened. We were here for a weekend to see Beyonce in concert, and it served our purpose!

Everything was OK but if you are reading this and you are big in stature, the bathrooms will annoy you. They are tiny!

The location is great, close to the Grand Place, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Moreover, the staff were friendly and prepared a breakfast pack on the last day because we had to leave early to catch the flight, they also booked a taxi for us. And on top of all this, the city is amazing and Ibis Brusseles City Centre is definitely worth it.

The hair dryer stopped functioning, one elevator was out of order and sometimes even the other available one. The rooms are indeed small, but this one is not really a complaint, you shouldn't stay much in your room during a city break. There were also some loud neighbors on the hall during the last night of our stay, not nice when you have to wake up at 4 AM, though this is not something that can be controlled.

The location was great, right in the city centre. And next to the metro.

Expensive for what is offered. Most of the people at the reception did not know the basics of customer service and courtesy. The smallest bathroom in the world No bottled water, and we were asked to use the tap water which was salty and most likely caused us diarrhea
