The location is top, just a few minutes from main attractions and a few steps from the metro station. The room decor is quite modern and fresh, the lighting in the room was good with lots of lights and power sockets. The room has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, a table with chairs, a long mirror, a decent-size TV, plenty of space to put away luggage, clothes, coats and shoes. Hairdryer was really good, the shower was powerful and hot and the mirror in the bathroom was very modern with led light
The lift is too small and old causing long waits on busy times. The bathroom in the room didn’t have a heater so it was quite cold and there was a sewage smell coming from the shower. There were hairs on the beddings, floor and bathroom’s wall. Not much information was given during check in

The location is great, close to tran, metro, taxi, and at the city center, with restaurants and shops around and 10 minutes walking to the old town. The staff is very friendly.
Nothing in particular

Close to city centre, as well as to Gare du Nord (easy access from/to airport and other Belgian cities). Fantastic breakfast, clean rooms, kind and helpful staff! The room was ready for check in upon arrival, we didn’t have to wait at all! Got a room with wonderful view over Place Rogier!

Good location, walking distance to North train station and Rogier tun station, and to city centre. Comfortable bed, powerful shower. Friendly staff. Only noticed free coffee by reception as we were checking out.
Aircon very noisy, window not too sound proof. Small room. Wifi poor.
