Ventajas de un apartamento con la seguridad de un hotel

Aunque no es una situación muy céntrica puedes llegar en unos 20 minutos caminando por zona concurrida. Hay una estación de metro en la esquino. Supermercado en la calle de al lado con todo lo necesario y abundante. Estación de tren midi a unos 20 min caminando. Está situado en una avenida con tiendas de las grandes marcas. Cafetera gratis en la recepción. Te guardan las maletas antes del chek in o después del check out sin cargo. Limpieza del apartamento una vez por semana.

Estuvimos en marzo y aunque en el exterior estabamos a unos 9ºC en el interior hacía un poco de calor sin posibilidad de regularlo, por lo que teníamos que abrir la ventana.

Ótima localização

Apto com ótima localização, limpo e confortável. Cama e chuveiros ótimos, cozinha bem equipada e perto de lojas e supermercado. Ótima opção de estada para famílias. Em 15min de caminhada já há atrações turísticas e em 20min a principal praça de Bruxelas.

Great apartments with everything you need

I like the room we stayed, it was clean and nice. There were everything needed. The personal was great. Location near the city center was good for using public transport or walk for 20 min

won’t be returning. awful start to our holiday

rude staff- awful attitude- unhelpful

made us pay twice. no explanations for things. unhelpful. blocked sink in bathroom sharing with 4 people! not equipped kitchen

It's was a really nice apartment with everything that I needed. Thank you very much for a fan. It helped a lot. The location was great as well. Nice and helpful receptionists.

I was disappointed to see mould in the shower. It's unacceptable to have this in a place with a such price. I hope they will clean it.

All in all it was very comfortable and the price was good. We would stay here again.

The room was great with a lot of space and a large comfortable bed. The tub is a very nice size too. The kitchen had all the necessary things to cook a meal or have some tea/coffee.

There was a lot of noise coming from both outside the hotel and the surrounding rooms. The window in the apartment does not do a very good job at closing out the noise from the streets. The kitchen was missing handsoap and a dishcloth.

Excellent location to explore the heart of Brussels, very close to Louiza metro station and not far from Brussel-Zuid and Brussel-Luxemburg. The room was cozy and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

A kettle in the kitchen would be nice.

The hotel was close to the central area of Bruxelles. (20-25 minutes of walking). A lot of restaurants around and supermarkets too. The heating in the room adjustable as you want.

The bathroom was at the entrance of the room and it had a strong smell of urine.I don t think it was cleaned after the last guest honestly. The microwave was also dirty on the outside. The chairs also neeeded some professional cleaning. Per total you can stay there, but it really needs a refresh.

It exceeded my expectations. First it's the location, just a walk away to the main tourist attractions and the city center. The personnel was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and we felt like home , having a fully equipped kitchen and enough space for a family of four. We would definitely come back here.

Side street has quite big noices from shop and delivery trucks on early morning.

We booked through Booking.com for 93Euro (1 night), I select to pay with breakfast included price (+17Euro) However, it turned out that the Hotel did not charge me with what I booked. Instead, I got no breakfast booked, and have to pay 113 Euro. ! Totally not professional !
