Muy cerca del autobús y de la zona turística

Alguien entró a nuestra habitación ya estando ahí, se escucha todo el ruido de la gente en otras habitaciones y pasillo, se escuchan los pasos de los demás huéspedes, no hay agua de cortesía, almohadas muy duras

Generally, it was a pleasant stay. We will surely stay again in this hotel when we return to Brussel

No electric kettle anymore inside the room. Need to go to the bar just to get hot water for coffee or tea.

Insgesamt gut

Zimmer sehr groß. Personal freundlich. Lage sehr gut, da direkt neben einem großen Bahnhof. Ich konnte bereits um 12 Uhr in mein Zimmer. Ich würde wieder hier buchen.

Schimmel in der Dusche. Als ich um 9:30 Uhr zum Frühstück kam, gab es nicht mehr alles. Außerdem waren die Tische im Frühstücksraum alle schmutzig.

La limpieza y el desayuno fueron grandes puntos a su favor.

No hubo luz unas horas en la habitación, si llegas un poco antes de la reserva cobran para guardar tu equipaje. La zona no es la mejor para transitar de tarde/noche.

Recommend this hotel if you want a hotel close to the center and train, also have a reasonable price.

The location is really good. Close to Brussels gare du Midi, metro, tram, supermarket.

The hotel is quite old. It does not look clean. It is better to provide a kettle, rather than a TV that most people don’t use nowadays. The location of the hotel is really good, however, it seems that there are gangster in this area. So, sometimes it feels unsafe.

A pleasant little stay overall.

The location was excellent with it being opposite Gare de Midi railway station where Eurostar trains arrive and depart from. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it actually had a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were delicious, as were the other food items available, which included baked beans, bread, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, and cereals. There is a small supermarket a couple of doors down on the right, but it is not open until late. That's also where the local cafés and restaurants are located, which sell mainly burgers and kebabs. There is also an Italian restaurant there.

There is a lack of really good restaurants around, but there are a lot of burger restaurants in the vicinity. There is no actual evening restaurant in the hotel but cooked snacks like pizza is available and it was delicious. The streets were disgusting with overfilled bins and other bags of rubbish on the pavement.

Goed voor doorreis

Locatie. Was voor doorreis. Opzich op de kamer niets aan te merken, proper en babybed stond klaar.

Op voorhand mail gestuurd met de vraag om een kamer niet te hoog in het gebouw te krijgen, door claustrofobie en dus geen gebruik maken van de lift. Alleen met baby, grote trekrugzak en buggy. Ze gingen hier rekening mee houden. Kamer gekregen op de hoogste verdieping, en helemaal vanachter in de gang. Dit is toch echt gewoon om moedwillig te doen! Dit is echt klantonvriendelijk en zeer jammer...

Si quieres ver más ciudades además de Bruselas este es el mejor hotel. Justo enfrente de la parada donde coger el tren a todos lados

Hotel lag dichtbij treinstation.

De kamer was erg warm airco werkte niet. Rooster in badkamer was erg vies. Douchekop zat veel kalk aan. Er zaten geen batterijen in afstandbediening.

The hotel is in a convenient location which made it easy to travel.,

The beds were comfortable.

My room was so smoky we had to open the windows because we couldn’t stand the smell. One of the housekeepers gave us some spray. Secondly the toilet seat was broken to point that it scratched my daughter’s thigh.

Un buon soggiorno

Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione Midi. Ciò rende facilissimi e comodissimi gli spostamenti sia dentro bruxelles sia quelli per le città vicine ed aeroporto, tuttavia la zona della stazione non è una zona molto bella. Camera ampia, spaziosa, calda e silenziosa.

L'acqua della doccia non era particolarmente calda. Abbiamo trovato un capello nel bagno al nostro arrivo, accanto il lavandino.

Wish i could give minus.

The whole trip was ridiculous. We entered the room and the shower was inside of the bedroom for 3 people, which is not close to be explained in pictures. The window of the room wasn’t opening and it’s highly dangerous for 3 people to sleep in terms of lack of oxygen. There isn’t any toilet brush in the bathroom. The bed upstairs for 3rd person wasn’t even made, we made it ourselves and there was a hair on top of its cover. Why do I have to make my own bed? I have never seen such thing in my entire life. We also have stayed in İbis Brussels the night before and it was neither awful. The first room they signed us wasn’t cleaned and there were some other’s belongings. We called reception and changed the room but it was so-called ‘cleaned’ where there are drops of unknown liquids on top of the counter and table. We disgusted after such bad experiences and suggest you to run away from staying in ibis.

Good room in handy location

Very spacious and comfortable room, nice bar area and the location is obviously great for the Eurostar. 15-20 minute walk into the centre. Good value for money.

Being charged to leave luggage at checkout. This is something most hotels do without charge.

Nice for the weekend

Location was very nice, close by most the attractions as we walked towards most of them and the public transport is only a 5 min walk

Bien ubicado, pero la zona deja mucho que desear.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena para moverse en transporte público. La atención al cliente también es muy correcta. Para el desayuno tienes muchas opciones.

La zona donde está el hotel no es de las mejores ni de las más seguras. Por la noche tampoco es muy tranquila, entre gritos y sirenas de policía.

Lovely small hotel close to Gare du Midi Station. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms clean and comfy, yummy buffet breakfast, kitchen staff nice and helpful. If I comeback to Brussels I will definitely stay here again.

Good option to access public transport

Staff and check-in process was smooth.

The hotel rooms are old and bathroom is quite old fashioned. There wasn't many hooks in the bathroom to put towels.
