Our host Arthur and the services he provided were excellent. For example he carried our heavy suitcases up the stairs on arrival and back down on departure. He provided a great walkthrough of the suite on arrival making us feel very comfortable with the place and the host. He left a container of fresh buns, fruit and a sweet snack outside of the door every morning. The fridge was stocked with ample choices for breakfast.
The apartment was easy walking distance from the Midi train station.
The surrounding neighborhood was a bit sketchy/shady making us feel uncomfortable, especially after dark.

It was very close to the train station. The apartment was a good size with good facilities. The owner welcomed us and showed us round, giving us instructions on how to use the appliances and was able to recommend a lovely restaurant for dinner. It was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was self service but the fridge was very well stocked and fresh bread and fruit was delivered daily. Easy to walk into Brussels centre.
It wasn’t in the nicest area but we have no complaints about the property and it suited our 2 night stay really well.

Breakfast was great and very generous.
It was a fair walk for me ( I don’t walk well) to
the central area but I knew this when I booked.
I made a choice to be close to the station of arrival which was important to me.
