Everything was very good I have no complaints or no issue ..absolutely amazing everything
It’s just a small suggestion during the breakfast specially when it’s weekend if you can edit some items or add or remove some items just to bring some variations would attract more people specially the kids ..3 days we had breakfast there and 3 days including weekends exactly same thing my boy didn’t want to have breakfast on Monday means today as it’s the same thing last 3 days he is having ..so atleast during weekend if they can edit some items to make it more interesting would be good

Pool on the roof is amazing. The location is very good
The breakfast staff were rather unfriendly, and the gentleman welcoming guests seemed as though he really didn’t want to be there.

The hotel is in a brilliant location in Ixelles. It’s lovely to get away from the busy city centre for a bit while still being right in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is full of lovely shops, trendy restaurants, and coffee bars, and there are plenty of Art Nouveau buildings to spot and even visit.
The rooms themselves are small but perfect for a city break. The beds are super comfortable, and the room was equipped with a coffee machine.
The hospitality was sorely lacking on everyone’s part. If you send WhatsApp messages but only get a reply to one out of every three questions, why bother asking in the first place? I certainly wasn’t after free stuff, but a simple message at check-in saying ‘Enjoy your weekend’ or ‘We’re delighted you’re celebrating with us’ would have made for a lasting memory. The atmosphere of the hotel and the staff don’t quite match up. Perhaps I’m just too used to it because I work in the industry myself.

Friendly staff, good facilities, decor of the room which was very quirky
Noise from the road and bars made it difficult to sleep. Was really noisy even with ear plugs.
