I was welcomed by the male receptionist who was both friendly and professional. I had an excellent nights sleep due to soundproofing of the room.

The people were all very helpful and welcoming, the hotel was reasonably quiet, though we appeared to be next to a utility room, that was accessed a lot.
Close the the station.
Breakfast was mediocre, and it had only just opened, very basic, cheap sausage, burned bacon, scrambled eggs, cold meats, cheese and bread. Felt rushed somehow, not a relaxed dining experience.
The third bed is just a camp bed, when you are paying for 3 people, then they should all have proper beds, not a camping bed. Coffee in room very out of date, 12/18 months out of date, and so granules floated on top.

The room was a decent size, clean and pleasant. Location was good for access to major train station but not in a nice area. Breakfast was basic.
The service was minimal and unreliable. We had a faulty television and, although we requested repairs several times, no-one ever came to fix it. Our safe broke on the third day of our four day stay and although we asked for it to be fixed no-one came to do so. Breakfast was uninspiring and the gluten free options were few and without flavour.
