Very good location, only a few minutes’ walk from the Grand Place, with a street full of bars, restaurants and shops right outside. We were also able to leave our bags in the luggage room, which was very convenient.
The staff were incredibly nice. It was my mum’s birthday during our stay, and they kindly upgraded our room and left us a bottle of champagne, which was such a lovely surprise!
The room had a big Smart TV, and the beds were very comfortable.
The main downside was the noise coming from the bars on the street, which continued throughout the night and even in the very early morning. The windows are not soundproof, so it was quite difficult to sleep in the room we initially had.
We actually had to ask to change rooms after the first night. Luckily, we were given a room on a higher floor, and the difference was huge — it was much quieter and made our stay much more comfortable.
As we noticed that other guests had mentioned the same issue in their reviews, perhaps the hotel could consider improving the soundproofing or addressing the noise issue with the nearby bars.

Centrally located. The place is good overall and fine for a stay. Nearby train and bus station and metro accessibility, food options etc are a plus. The property appears to be under renovation or construction, which might explain the setup; hopefully, the work is finished soon.
Accessibility is a significant issue.
It was not revealed in advance that two of the beds were placed in an elevated area within the single room.
Reaching those two beds requires using a staircase, making it poorly accessible for older people.

Great location and good facilities, staff were helpful
Awful construction noise within the hotel
Woke us up around 7am and didn’t stop all day, they shouldn’t be selling rooms if construction workers are going to work that loud outside of them
Could barely sleep because of it
