Batse and Eli were friendly and nice. Daily cleaning.
Lacking shelves next to the sink and in the shower room. A mini wardrobe or tables in the room could be useful. No breakfast.

There were complimentary waffles and fruit as well as juice in the foyer. The showers are great and the room had a great view of the plaza.
The light above the bed didn’t work.

Permanent buffet of fruit, hot and cold beverages and snacks
Weak points: the toilet has little privacy because of a wide window on the street. Although there is a tent, sooner or later the windows should be opened. The weak breakfast is managed by a near bar, though bad.
