Very well located, close to Grand Place. Restaurants and bars are close. Staff was friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was fast and steady.
I was on a work trip, and it took me two phone calls and two emails to get the invoice from my stay.
Be careful when you book, as the pricing is confusing - the amount you see at the beginning of the reservation is not the same as when you pay.

Oh dear. I was looking forward to staying here but…the good things: the location, the cleanliness, the bed, the bathroom (…At a pinch)
The reception crew need to up their game. Bland empathy doesn’t help when the tiny bedrooms are furnace like hot, there’s no way to lower the heat - their words - and the window doesn’t open much and leads to the fire escape. The forlorn quality of a breakfast room which no longer serves breakfast. The feeling that the hotel was an experiment that didn’t quite work.

Batse and Eli were friendly and nice. Daily cleaning.
Lacking shelves next to the sink and in the shower room. A mini wardrobe or tables in the room could be useful. No breakfast.

Permanent buffet of fruit, hot and cold beverages and snacks
Weak points: the toilet has little privacy because of a wide window on the street. Although there is a tent, sooner or later the windows should be opened. The weak breakfast is managed by a near bar, though bad.
