Slecht, ontbijt was oké.

Het was heel dichtbij het centrum en alles was zogoed als op wandelafstand.

Wij hadden een kamer geboekt met terras of balkon waarvoor we ook méér betaald hadden maar er was helaas geen terras of balkon, we zijn dit dan gaan melden en laten zien wat we geboekt hadden maar tevergeefs want ze hebben geen enkele kamer met terras of balkon dan moet je ook niet liegen op je site! Zeer teleurstellend want voor die prijs konden we naar de waldorf gegaan zijn waar wel een terras is!

Breakfast was very good with a good variety of food. However 2 coffee machines are needed. Our room was a good size and a bonus was being able to control the heating and an opening window for air at night. A nice 10 minute walk into the square, shops and market

Nice hotel between Midi station and Grand Place

The location is great between Midi Train Station and Grand Place Brussels. Both about 10 minutes walk away. The place is nice and clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was big and had a normal hotel facilities. The breakfast was very basic. Fruits, yoghurt, muesli, croissants, ham, scrambled eggs, cheese, chocolate cake etc. I think the stay was a good value for money.

The hotel is not maintained in the best way. The carpets look already older, the lift's mat was too small..little things, but you can notice them.

Nice convenient, friendly, comfy hofel

Great location within walking distance to the train station, metro station and grand place/city centre. Comfortable beds and large rooms, nice and warm during the cold weather. Good continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

Great value, good for groups, friendly staff

The property was great value, clean and the staff were friendly. The quadruple room was great so our group of 4 could stay together and not split into 2 rooms.

Very recomendable hotel, excelent staff, very good lication

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and we have a problem with the air conditioner in the room and they change the room . The breakfast was very nice

Air conditioning was shutdown or with problems. We have to use a small fan in the room to help us with some ventilation.

It was a nice hotel in a good location. Breakfast was very minimal but the staff was polite.

The AC didn’t work and the staff didn’t tell me about it until I asked for a new room. Therefore, I had to keep my windows open which allowed flies into the room. It made it very loud because all the babies, dogs and city noises.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Ten minute walk to Grand Place and train station. Staff were friendly.

A little more light in the bathroom would be nice. Also maybe a couple of clothes hooks near the door would be very handy.

## Mesmerizing Stay at an Affordable, Convenient Hotel! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel The Augustin that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail. The location was perfect - situated just a few minutes away from the attractions I wanted to visit, it made my stay in the city much more convenient. The room was surprisingly spacious, with ample space to store my belongings without feeling cramped. Best of all, the price was unbelievably reasonable for the quality of the room and amenities provided. Despite the hotel's affordable pricing, I was impressed with the level of cleanliness and professionalism demonstrated by the staff. They were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, always willing to help me with directions and recommendations. Overall, I was very impressed with my experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and convenient stay in the heart of this beautiful city. I look forward to my next trip back, and will definitely be choosing this hotel again!

hotel was excellent in every way except for one minor issue - there was construction right in front of the hotel on the street.

Good hotel. Bad location.

The hotel is good. The room is big. Check in and check were super easy. Staff is friendly.

If you arrive from Brussels Midi station, it is better to take an Uber or a cab. Do not walk. Especially in the evenings.

everything!! brilliant spaces if you wanted to leave your room but not the hotel, to work or just chill out. great breakfast. easy and safe to access everything super close. divine L’Occitane bathroom products for shower, body, hair and hand wash. property is true to photos

Good hotel walking distance from sites.

Room was comfortable and clean/staff was very nice and answered any questions/breakfast was plentiful and good.

Location street was a bit remote not much by way of shops or cafes open/I chose this hotel because they said they had a shuttle service to the airport, but they didn't.

Unfortunately quite noisy. had a room next to the entry door and it was quite loud every time the door opens. Staff vacuumed cleaned on Saturday morning at 7:30am in front of the door and it sounds like it's in the room.

I paid my room account the night before checkout as we were away early in the morning (4.30am) I then received an email stating I owed €40.50 for someone else’s bar bill

Brilliant, will definitely stay again if visiting Brussels.

Brilliant hotel. Great rooms and friendly staff.

The only minor thing to comment on were that the bar isn’t manned, so if you want a drink you have to go upstairs to ask the receptionist to come down BUT having said that, it was super quiet so I can understand why they wouldn’t have a full time bartender.
