Check-in staff extremely friendly and accommodating - also helped me out with an early check in as my flight was early. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and have a very decent bathroom and an excellent shower.
The gym is advertised as having an amazing view of the skyline. It does not. The bar situation in the evening is awkward - each time I tried the lobby bar, I was sent to the 29th floor. Once there, there is no signage and it initially comes off as a restaurant. Bar staff not great at shipping drinks, their #1 job.

The room was very spacious, clean and what I would expect from this level of establishment.
On check in the lady on reception was just amazing, very helpful and informative.
Later in the evening myself and my daughter returned from an evening out. The bar was closing shortly (11pm) so we were advised to order quickly, and we could drink it in the lobby.
While we were drinking our drinks, myself and my daughter were on our phones looking for things to do the next day.
Next thing we knew a man from the reception came over, and then accused my daughter of taking pictures of the staff members. He stated it is not allowed! My daughter explained she wasn’t. So no apology and off he went.
To say I was mad is an understatement, I had to bite my tongue not to say anything. His attitude is simply appalling!
So to sum up our experience… nice hotel shame about some of the staff!
And of the hotel feels fit to contact me, I will willingly give a description of the very rude staff members.
