Seriously grand location: both city centre and beautiful Kelvingrove and Clyde riverside all within walking distance (albeit somewhat hilly, like all of Scotland :)
Also seriously good oppurtunity for quality bike rentals at nearby Gear Bikes. Would definitely consider returning to this apartment.
Unfortunately, because of failure of the electronic entrance system, we got locked out of the apartment building. Not once, but twice. We found out that is why other residents own a physical backup key for emergency entree in the building. While our nameless host did his best to sort our entrance problem out ASAP, it was unpleasant to be uncertain about building entree, e.g. late at night (would the system be down again?)
So do insist upon receiving not only a digital key, but ALSO a physical back up key. There is no reason why this should not be supplied – this is after all supposed to be a quality rental.
Two final points: it would be nice if the heater timer could be rescheduled or shut down. We stayed in springtime and every night it felt like we were entering a hot sauna (up to 27 degrees Celsius). Plus it is always nice to know a host by name in this machine age of digital anonimity.
In short, there is room for some much-needed improvement, but for the rest: all is well. As said above: we would definitely consider returning to this apartment.

Clean and well maintained

Location is in between the city center(18 min walk) and SEC(30 min walk), in the building right next to the Tenement house.
The apartment is a little bit old, but clean and had everything you need, towels, kitchen well equipped, hand wash and shower gel.
Communication was very good, they released quickly the deposit hold and returned the early check in fee, as the request couldn't be fulfilled.
They forgot to send me the message with the key locker code, but responded on the phone.
The noise from M8 which is right next to the building.

Beautiful apartment clean with a great TV and Netflix
The apartment overlooks the highway it was noisy the kitchen had no cooking utensils the bed was small and creaky
