10 mins ride from town centre, though tranquil riverside setting. Enjoyed the smaller annex building with separate pool
Constant background music even in the grounds outside. Expensive restaurant. No spa open although advertised. Not hotel's fault but we were disturbed by a loud wedding venue nearby

It was peaceful, clean and the facilities were great. Staff were friendly and we had a wonderful time here with our dog. Would come again, thank you :)
A little further from the town centre, but less than a 10-min tuk tuk ride. The main structure imposes a little on the landscape but can’t do much about it.

I got an upgraded room. This was a three level building apart from the multi storey hotel. The complex had its own 25m swimming pool, a small riverside beach area. The room was luxurious. Staff were always smiling and were forever helpful.
The only minuscule thing the hotel could improve on is the lack of hot water in the shower. The showers were only warm.

Very clean and comfortable rooms.
Well thought out design throughout the complex. Great facilities catering to the whole family.
Lots of activities for the children as well as adults.
Friendly reception team.
The food was very poor. Service was even worse. It completely ruined our stay.
There was no one who asked if we wanted anything else. No restaurant manager to speak to, or the sfaff didn't want us to speak to them. Truly a horrible experience. My children and wife don't ever want to go back.
