It was nice to be a little ways off the busy Main Street but still very walkable to the beach and night market. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. I appreciated breakfast being served until 10 am.
I did have to walk to their sister hotel to use that gym as their gym is being redone. At the Haya the gym has working equipment but it needs some maintenance.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Palma Resort Phu Quoc. Despite being a 3-star property, it offers a truly warm and family-like atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the very beginning. 
The resort is located in the central part of the island, close to the beach and with easy access to the town, which makes it a very convenient base for exploring Phu Quoc. 
Accommodation is in bungalow-style rooms with terraces overlooking the pool, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
What really stands out is the peaceful atmosphere combined with the excellent, friendly, and attentive staff.

Good location , polite staff, quick services. They gave me early check in and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Laundry service also great and free airport pickup is a really good gesture in comfortable suv.
No Fan in washroom in standard room, even the bedroom has a wall fan mounted to ceiling instead of a proper ceiling fan. Breakfast spread was good flavours were nice but Hygiene is a major issue. i have seen flies sitting on the open / uncovered food in the buffet. Not once but every single day, so i only ate the food which was properly covered in the chaffing dishes. This really needs to be worked on and they really need to give more of Vegetarian dishes especially for breakfast.
