Das Beste an diesem Hotel war das Personal. Der Herr in der Lobby, Thanh Chau, war außerordentlich nett und freundlich. Die Rezeptionistin Mai war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gut – die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Es ist tadellos sauber, die Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Die Eier werden von der Dame zubereitet, die sie am besten zubereitet.
Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am Strand, wie es im Internet den Anschein hat. Der Strand ist 150–200 Meter entfernt, was an sich kein großer Nachteil ist. Schlimmer ist jedoch, dass sich davor ein höheres Hotel befindet, das den Meerblick versperrt. Die Balkone des Hotels sind sehr klein und eigentlich keine richtigen Balkone. Daher kann man sich dort kaum aufhalten. Das Meer vor dem Hotel ist der größte Kritikpunkt und hindert mich daran, insgesamt die Bestnote zu vergeben. Das Wasser ist trüb, riecht unangenehm und Wasser fließt von etwas, das einem Kanal ähnelt, direkt auf den Strand.

Чисто, уборка каждый день. Очень хорошая сотрудница Мия, помогала во всем что просили. До моря 1 минута пешком.
Однообразные завтраки, жаль что нет бассейна.

Location
The way the staff handled our guest. Once the guest reached the hotel aroung 12 noon. They want to put the guest in the sub standard room. We booked ocean view room but they were offering no view room. They say, we do not know about this, travel agent booed for you and we do not have this room with us. We raised alert, neither Booking.com not the hotel responded to complain. Fortunately being a local company we asked our Vietnamese staff to communicate. Finally they offered ocen view room. Bad experience with booking.com and the hotel.
