The staff are extremely warm and helpful. Location is perfect between the beach and the shops and bars. The stuff completely exceeded expectations. One of them even offered to pay for our grab taxi because the app was not working and pay her back later, which was a big leap of faith. The staff also kept checking up on us to see if everything was okay and if they could help us in any other way. The pool and rooftop bar area are really nice. The amenities/toiletries in the room are really good quality as well

My room and view were beautiful. The rating is downgraded because of the nasty staff, mediocre to poor food quality, and difficulty finding something to order that was actually available from the menu.
Breakfast buffet attendants responded to my request for more green vegetables by starting to clear away all dishes and utensils at my table so as to set it for a new user. Communication is easy with a smart phone translator so there is no excuse. The breakfast staff, as a whole, were unpleasant and uninterested in whether or not I had a good experience. The same can be said for the female front desk attendant. Her confrontational attitude seemed to be focused away from the guest and toward her convenience and preferences. The rooftop bar and restaurant had limited availability of what was on the menu. The main floor dining room was closed except for breakfast.
