The staff were very good. Breakfast had a great selection. The pool is nice & protected from the weather. Airport shuttle bus service.
The property is tired. Particularly compared to other M Hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms were a lot smaller than the photos suggested, particularly the Rooftop Ocean View Suite. The gym needs a bike.

The views were incredible and the pool area was lovely. The staff at reception were also very helpful . The location is great and just a short walk from the night market
The room was quite worn and in my opinion not up to the level of cleanliness for the price paid. It was quite dusty, the Aircon in our room didn’t work and took over an hour to be moved but originally told we couldn’t move as the hotel was booked out (our room was over 28degrees). The bath had grit in it (not cleaned) and both rooms were the same level of cleanliness.
Took over an hour for fish and chips and a pizza and I received 5 cold chips…
The pictures unfortunately give higher expectations than what’s delivered - the hotel could do with some money being spent on it to bring it back to life and the quality that would set it apart.
Also no wardrobe or drawers, just one rail which in our room was coming off the wall
