This was an incredible experience residing in the Hilltop residences. The rooms are beautiful, shower outside is superb, the place has an overall really nice vibe. Breakfast selections are good but they need to consider seriously enclosing this area to allow guests to eat in comfort, it’s far too humid. The pool is beautiful but most importantly the overall service from the staff was superb. We felt looked after and respected. They did a great job, particularly where my wife and daughter were unwell. We had a doctor attend every day (also Rec’d 24/7 care Phu Quoc) and they were so accomodating. Thankfully everyone recovered. We had a massive Gecko in our room which might scare others but we thought was really cool!
They need to consider enclosing the breakfast space, it’s far too hot.

Fantastic facilities, the pool and gym are both excellent.
The restaurant offers great breakfast with hot, cold and to order options and excellent food and drinks throughout the day including room service.
The surrounding areas are well kept, very picturesque and relaxing,.
I particularly loved the koi carp pond.
The rooms are nicely decorated and kept very clean with daily housekeeping, and the tvs are up to date so no issues logging onto Netflix and YouTube.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I really cannot recommend this higher I will definitely be coming back again 👌

The staff were wonderful, so helpful and attentive. Tye location was quite good also.
It needs some TLC. Tye fridge in the room was barely colder than room temperature, the aircon was also seriously lacking in cooling the room. The door shower wasn’t very clean or presentable and the shower head had cracks through it so the water went all over the place stuntman down onto you. No power outlet at the little office bench.
The breakfast lacked traditional Vietnamese food.
