Beachside villas overlooking beach. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Clean and comfortable villa. Great view of sunset every evening. Good breakfast with wide range of choices. Close to wide range of restaurants.

Location was great. The property gave us the best feeling of resort.
Bathroom in the room needs an update (shower) and mostly needs a new powerful air conditioning.

This Hotel is located in the Town of Duong Dong central to all the local amenities. The beach is small but clean.
This a very very tired hotel . The rooms are adequate and big enough but like the hotel need refreshing.
This is never a 8.5 hotel.
There are numerous hotels for the same money much better. The whole Hotel needs a good jetwash and paint.
Breakfast was 5/10. Swimming area delapidated.
