Great location with big spaces and nice views. Facilities have very interesting history. Staff were friendly and helpful.
No complaints, as older and larger location some maintenance activities were occurring.

I appreciated the upgrade they initially offered us, but at check-out they tried to charge us for it. I explained that it had been presented as complimentary, so I refused to pay for the upgrade. However, they then charged us a very high price for the taxi, which was quite disappointing and not very fair.

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. The pods, however, were quite far from everything and unfortunately not to a very good standard. After I raised my concerns, the staff handled the situation brilliantly and moved me to another room, which was clean, comfortable, and much nicer.
The pool area itself was pleasant, although the pool water appeared quite green during our stay. The beach restaurant was in a beautiful location, but unfortunately the food quality was disappointing. Overall, the property felt quite run down and would benefit from better maintenance and upkeep.
There was maintenance going on but it just felt they were fighting a losing battle! The whole hotel felt very rundown.
Breakfast was pretty awful too with paper cups for coffee.
