Play in the ULTIMATE game room with a pool table, pop-a-shot basketball, arcade games, and more! The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ on the deck overlooking the forest make mealtime a breeze. Get cozy by the fire, or soak in the master bath with a double-ended fireplace. The perfect home base for all-season adventures awaits! The Space: 5-bed | 4.5bath | Hot Tub | 3,900 SQFT | 4 Cars MAX | Movie Room | Game Room ROOM 1: Top Floor: Primary Bedroom King bed, TV ROOM 2: Top Floor: Queen bed, TV ROOM 3: Top Floor: Bunk Room 4 Double beds ROOM 4: Bottom Floor: Queen bed, TV ROOM 5: Bottom Floor: Queen bed, TV Game Room: Pool, ping pong, basketball (pop a shot) golden tee video game, 2 pac man video games, shuffleboard, and foosball. There is a cornhole set and connect 4 in the garage. All the games to be turned off before checkout. INDOOR LIVING: 7 flat-screen smart TVs, ceiling fans, central heating(no AC), Washer/dryer OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in backyard, 5-6 person Hot Tub, Gas firepit, Gas BBQ, covered dining area, patio furniture, Horseshoe and cornhole KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, spices GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, laundry detergent, pool towels PARKING: Driveway (3 cars), Garage (1 cars) *NO STREET PARKING PERMIT: CESTRP-2020-01327 Guest Access: No access to the closet downstairs The Neighborhood: Lake Arrowhead Village - 1.0 mile Sky Park at Santa's Village - 2.8 miles Getting Around: Will need a Car Other Things to Note: You will have 2 days to sign all Lake Arrowhead City Required Documents. Please check the weather reports before arrival. If it is snowing or snowed recently tire cables may be REQUIRED! The CHP will make you turn-around and get cables if you do not have any. Best to have them in your vehicle before you leave. Reservations cannot be refunded to do weather. Please look into travel insurance if you are worried about your stay. Basic Rules: At our vacation rental, we like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book.
