North Topsail Beach Truck-Hauled Sand Project may be taking place at the beach near this property until May 1st, 2023. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

My wife and I had an enjoyable four day three night stay at the beach this week even though TS Ophelia brought rain on our last full day. We got the rental last minute and it served all our needs. The rental was clean and was well furnished with comfortable furniture. It had a large deck with access to the beach right off the deck. The outside shower to clean the sand off our feet had both hot and cold water. The online check-in and check-out was a breeze with informational texts to guide you through the online process. The only minor negatives for us was that the bedrooms had carpet and there was no hair dryer for my wife. We would rent this property again.

We’ve stayed in this home every year since it became rentable, except the year of Michael when the beach was closed. It’s an awesome home, perfect location and excellent layout.
