This property is a modern farmhouse home that is perfectly decorated with out guest in mind. With high end bedding and detailed touches, we have made this home a home away from home. We have added a private hot tub for our guest. Come enjoy the cozy porch with coffee in the morning, it is one of our families favorite things to do! Experience Gruene at a farmhouse styled pace. With our private home located on 0.52 acres, we are two minutes from Rockin R Rides (river access ) and three from Gruene Hall where you will find the best shopping, food, wineries, and the most memorable times here in Gruene. From our back porch you are able to enjoy the view of the Historic Gruene tower. We also have golf carts to rent/add to your stay. They are a great way to get around to all the different shops, restaurants, and wineries. Other things to note ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO $500 FINE EACH -we are not pet friendly. -no parties are allowed in our home. -the property is private to our guest only. -no smoking allowed. - no drugs allowed -no driving on the grass unless for parking purposes only along the fence. -golf carts do not come with the property, they are for rent. Absolutely no glitter, glass, food, bomb baths, oils, sunscreen or any unsanitary element. Unnecessary additional cleaning will be an extra charge of $250

Very clean, cozy comfy beds, kitchen and living area.
We felt safe and secure after a day of lunch and shopping in Gruene. The hot tub was a bonus activity and we enjoyed it immensely! The train does come about 11 &12:30 and you can definitely hear the horn. The owner is very nice and communicative.

We have a quick trip to Grueene and very much enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. The location is very close to historic Grueene and the house was very comfortable for our family. We loved the rocking chairs on the back porch! We will be back!

The property was perfect!! Very cute, clean, well decorated and had every amenity you could want. The grill worked wonderfully and loved having the (sonic) ice makers! We reserved a golf cart (although we were upgraded) : ) and it was a lot of fun. Perfect location as well!! Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again!

Wow, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The location is SO close to Gruene! We opted for a golf cart and it was an excellent choice. The restaurants, live music, bars, and river are super close (about a 2 or 3 minute ride in the golf cart.) The house itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The owners have really gone above and beyond with the thoughtful amenities (multiple ice machines, TVs, hot tub (yes, there's even a cupholder!)) The host was so responsive leading up to and during our trip. I would give this property 6 stars if that was available. We stayed with 6 adults the first night (utilized the sofa bed and very nice air mattress) and just two adults the second night: we were very comfortable and didn't feel cramped at all. I would imagine the hot tub would start to feel cramped with more than 3 adults, but there are rocking chairs, cornhole, a grill, and more available on the back patio, so it could still work with a bigger group. We cannot WAIT to come back! Thank you!!

This location was very easy to get to, close to many things in that town, and was just as we pictured it. The style is very cute with updated accents throughout. It offered a little bit of comfort for everyone in our group!

Great place. Was supposed to be an adults getaway that turned into a family. Place is great for both! Super close to Gruene. Did rent the golf cart. Kids LOVED that!!!! Beds were comfy! Enjoyed coffee sitting on the back porch rocking chairs. There’s a fire pit that we didn’t utilize and a hot tub that the kiddos enjoyed. It does sit right beside a “Doggy Hotel”… but although there was lots of barking in the morning, it didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again!!!! Communication with owners was quick. Highly recommend!!! (Kids: 6 & 5)

The house was just perfect for 2 couples. Decor was darling and proximity to Gruene was perfect. We esp enjoyed the hot tub and the back porch rockers. The kennel next door was a surprise and dogs were loud in the am but quiet at night thankfully. We would def stay here again.

Communication with the owner was efficient and straight forward. The location of the home is about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Gruene Hall. Highly recommend the golf cart due to parking restraints. The home is very well cared for and the attention to detail given for first timers in the home was perfect. Nice backyard with cornhole boards, hot tub, picnic tables, and a TV. Great for couples or a family. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautifully decorated for this time of year and had a great coco bar which the kids loved. The beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the white noise machines in every room to cover up the barking from the place next door but it wasn’t an issue at night. The barking was a little loud during the day but we put music on the TV outside and had a great time playing corn hole and in the hot tub!
