The living room is the perfect space to unwind after your travels or at the end of the day. This space is complete with a gas fireplace. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked to provide all you need for cooking, snacking, and making your morning cup of coffee. We provide a Keurig and K-cups. In addition to pots and pans, we provide oil, salt, and pepper for cooking. DINING ROOM Enjoy the company of loved ones around a shared meal. When dining during the day, your time will be coated in natural light from the large windows. BATHROOM Just off the living room is a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. BEDROOM 1 This bedroom has a queen size bed and small TV to unwind just before bed. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom has a queen size bed, mirror, and closet with hangers to use during your stay. BEDROOM 3 This bedroom has a queen size bed, bath (with standing shower) attached, and is the largest of the three bedrooms. LAUNDRY Downstairs, just off the game room are the washer and dryer. Feel free to use them during your stay! DOWNSTAIRS Enjoy a friendly (or competitive) game of pool while watching the game in our downstairs lounge. This space also has a gas fireplace. EXTERIOR This home is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Parking There is room for three cars to park in the driveway with additional parking on the street if needed. Guests will not have access to the garage.

We were in town to watch a pickleball tournament and this property is convenient to so many restaurants, close to the venue and shopping. The house is basically upstairs with a pool table and utility room downstairs. The property was clean, linens were clean, fridge and freezer were clean, towels were plentiful and clean. It isn’t a new house, so it does have some signs of aging but it was wonderful for our needs and I would stay here again. The property manager was communicative and helpful. It is located on an intersection but it is a quiet street and the traffic wasn’t an issue.

The location was great but the other review in July 2023 was very accurate about the cleanliness. It smelled really weird and we think it could be due to the water damage in the ceilings. It also had animal hair on the floors and just felt like they only cleaned the sheets and toilets. It could be a really great house if the owners did a little work and better job at cleaning. The kitchen utensils and knives were pretty terrible too. Lots of plates though. Overall it worked for what we needed but we were disappointed in the cleanliness.

Not impressed with this house or management. I had to message the property manager 10 minutes prior to arrival, as she had not communicated anything such as the code to get in. When we arrived, house was not very clean. I had to wipe down the countertops with soap and water, as there were crumbs and they were sticky. The kitchen faucet was broke, as it was loose when trying to use it. The refrigerator and freezer were dirty. The bedroom with the TV was covered with dust and bedspread was very dingy looking. We actually went and bought 2 blankets -one to lay on over the bedding and one to cover up with. The shower in the bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms was filthy and had cracks. I wouldn't bath my dog in there. Both toilets were loose and rocked when we sat on them. My husband and I are average size-not large at all. The patio door going to the back yard did not lock at all. It was secured with a wooden rod that had to be removed each time we used the door. The deck was a mess. Most of the chairs were broken and the ones that were not, were dirty. I would not recommend this house.

We stayed for a conference at the Overland Park Conference Center. We walked a couple times ( about 12 minuets) and also used uber. Super easy. The beds were very comfy And loved the original wood floors. We really enjoyed the walkable neighborhood with a river trail near by. Sherri was very quick to respond with any questions ( which is very important to anyone visiting a new city). We would definitely stay there again.

The house served our family needs very well. Nice neighborhood location. The large screen TV was nice. A possible down side was that the bedrooms, kitchen and living rooms were upstairs.
