Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting. All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents. This home is equipped with exterior surveillance. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover. San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb. Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $300 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. Loved this location, easy access in and out. Can’t beat this location everything is in walking distance. House was great clean and spacious there were 17 of us and this place worked out great.

Overall the house is nice. The AC units are wall mounted units that kept the house cool. The one in the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms upstairs makes a really loud noise after it has been on for a few minutes. I’m used to renting houses in Newport for the same price that are much nicer, however for this area it seems to be on the nicer side compared to everything else that is available. Also the garage is insanely small. Don’t plan on parking in there unless you have a tiny car such as a Toyota Prius. We had a Nissan Rouge and we barely got it to fit in the far left garage.

Perfect setting right on the beach, footsteps from the sand. Large house that's great for large groups. Great communication from the host. Would highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer!
