There were cockroaches in our silverware drawer and in the kitchen cupboards. After several trips to the silver sands office, a visit by an exterminator and housekeeping, we were finally relocated to another house. I would NOT recommend this home. We lost almost 2 days of our family trip due to the roaches and having to pack up all of our stuff and move to another home. Also, there was bird poop covering the bottom patio chairs. Another issue was the black mold we saw around the AC vents.

Beautiful as always. We know one of the family members so this was our second stay. We enjoyed it just as much as we did our first visit. The home is clean and comfortable, right next to the pool is a huge plus! Also not far from the beach. All the surrounding guests were wonderful, music and laughter, many memories were made here. Until next time 🙂

Great area, close beach access. Close to dining and shopping. My only issues were the master bedroom TV did not work. The floors were not clean. Both the washer and dryer had sand in them

Enjoyed staying here again as we did in 2020. The home was very clean and well equipped for a winter Texan staying for a month. This time the home was beginning to show its age. The wood chairs, table, and counter chairs have lost their stain through usage. The hot/cold water valve in the master shower/tub does not give an accurate placement as to which way to turn to get the hot/cold water. Paint was chipped off the wall and needed to be touched up in various rooms. Overall, we were happy with the rental and would love to stay there again.

We had an amazing experience with this rental. The house was so clean and it had everything we needed. We loved that we were right next to the pool and we had our own covered outside lounging area with a grill, which was great. The house was about 3 minutes from the beach when driving. Everyone had a great time. We would definately stay here again.

Cute setup. Furniture maximized the space. Great seating outdoor seating area. Great plus was the golf cart! All amenities. The only thing missing was coffee but the store was close by. I would stay here again. Joyce

Roaches in kitchen, cheetos under couch recliners, golf cart broken, dryer did not work and had to dry 4 hours for a load of towels, hot water heater doesnt work well and had cold showers, wifi password incorrect, no pool passcode given when advertised with pool.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Loved the place. hard to image it being better. Will definately rent again. Only complaint is the golf cart had a broken headlight and we were afraid to drive at night. Reached out the night we got there never heard from Silver Sands. Other than that place was fantastic.
