About this house rental

Nestled in Riva, this charming house for $1,900 per night is a great option for your next break. WATERFRONT — Available commissioning week 2024. Beautiful Nantucket style home right on the South River just 7 miles from USNA. The home has 5 waterfront decks/patios! Open floor plan with a centrally located kitchen, living room, and breakfast nook. Off of the main living room is a 400 sq ft. screened in porch with a gas fireplace. First floor integrated sound system. 6 full bedrooms, 3 with private bathrooms. Fully finished 1500 sq ft basement with a large wet bar including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and ice maker. Large circle driveway that can accommodate up to 8 cars. Included is full use of kayaks, paddle boards, and gym including a Peloton bike.
